Early Access Review
It's a factory game - Factorio / Satisfactory / Infinifactory / Factory Town / Big Pharma... and if you like thinking of how to make E from A, B, D but NOT C, while ensuring you manage where F goes as a byproduct, you'll love the core of the gameplay.

Where it differs is the scale - planets are huge, but so is what you're doing - they're both too big and too little at varying stages. So you go interstellar, and that's when your jaw will drop. It's *gorgeous*.

A beautiful game that could be released from Early Access right now to rave reviews.

But there's a lot more content to come! Very excited.

Starting out - you wouldn't expect it, but there's a frightening amount of depth in this game.
It scales complexity in a friendly way, and is engaging enough to "where'd the time go" zone you for hours.

My first entry to Monster Hunter, and while it's definitely got its quirks that took quite a while to get the feel for, it's a fantastic and epic-feeling game.

Early Access Review
It's amazing. The stories that get told are meaningful as they are spontaneously created.

One of the few games that I've enjoyed losing in... just to see how it all went so terribly wrong.

Well, it's been a few years of following EoS through Early Access and beyond, and while re-writes of the UI, introduction and progression were *really* good improvements over what existed prior, they're unfinished - egregiously in places - and the game in itself is unpleasant to play.

Could be fixed, but in the 10 months of radio silence... it doesn't look likely.

Avoid - there's better games that deliver a more complete experience.

A damn-fine RTS. A unique pace, *damn damn* fine art, and lovely music.

And hell, it's different. Give it a go.

A match-3 game with enough content to keep you playing long before the F2P paywall starts looming.

Respectful lack of adverts and pushing for the freemium stuff, and absurd variety in unit cards and subsequent army builds.

Started out as a fairly fun, refreshing genre change that's devolved into a hoard of DLC and paid-for boosts.
Netcode is notoriously poor for a multiplayer game, and has remained so with little attention to fixes and issues.

Would not recommend, as duplicitous and consumer-exploiting business practices should not be encouraged.
