The game may be fun, but there are many factors over the year and a half of the game's existence that make it more of a frustration and a waste of money. Overall, the game is a downgrade from its predecessor.

Pros:
-Lots of well-made cars.
-Lots of well-made, realistic tracks.

Cons:
-Kernel level anti-cheat was added as preparation for esport WRC, 9 months after the 2023 release. This made the game unplayable on Linux and Steam deck. Also none esport mode was added up to this date, March 2025.
-Denuvo from 2023 launch.
-Washed out graphics. But the screenshots look good because filters.
-Bugs in the game. Fixing bugs takes a long time.
-Leaderboards are not working properly.
-Many strange UI decisions.
-Indestructible environment - fences, signs, small bushes...this was possible in Dirt Rally 2.0.
-Nearly indestructible cars. Many crashes would destroy the car, but this game allows you to do a lot.
-Payed season passes in 2023/2024, some items was available only with EA+ sub.
-Overall value of the game and it's DLCs. You could buy the game and all DLC for €15 off, a month after the new season was released. That's pretty ridiculous. The base game cost €50, the DLC bundle cost €30 for existing players.

Conclusion: Online only for a single player game. The game has no value, the developers are trying to sell it to everyone at a big discount. The quality of the game is worse than its predecessor. However, the player can have fun with many cars and tracks. For 15€ at a discount, why not.

It's just Smite 1 but in new engine. Beta should be for testing, not for milking your testers. Seems that everything is more expensive, they are trying to sell you the same gods and skins once again. From gameplay perspective nothing new? Map is identical too. Feels like open Alpha and not Beta state of the game.

Dark souls with guns is a false classification of this game. This game has a very different design choices.

First of all i want to say, that this game on it's own is decent. But...

If you go into this game blindly, prepare for a lot of randomness. Levels have many layouts and at the start of the story, dice will roll for you which one you will get. Also mini dungeons and puzzles will be picked at random. You can't collect everything in one playthrough. And without wiki, it will be very hard for you to complete a lot of things.

Secrets are non intuitive in this game. Hints are in books, they are not saved anywhere. If you forget the information, you have to go back to the book or signs even halfway through the level.

Illusionary walls are a joke in this game. You can't just walk to every wall to find out if it's illusionary or not. In Dark Souls, this was pretty much visible where is and where not.

The levels feels somewhat empty and they feels like one big maze.

The frustration is real.

It doesn't matter for how much you get the game. The fact that Ubisoft sells The Crew 2 for 1€ is disgusting. To me it's just a simple cash grab because their new games aren't selling that well and they need to make some money.

Sure, for 1€ the game will offer you a lot of "fun", but the fact that you maybe paid for The Crew 1, which is no longer playable. The Crew 1 is much better than this one, is just sad.

How could I have thought that the beginning of the game could be happy. It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Emotional. Great. 10/10

Don't play this DEMO, it will made you buy the game. I somehow resisted for now. Also I want to give a shout-out to devs, for the price of base game, is 50€ instead of 70€. For 70€ you will get also all DLCs.

I can give you an extensive review, but a lot of people would report it or be offended. So I'll just say that this game is very bad and it's not worth your time and money.
