I mean yeah the game looks good at 4k ultra settings but wtf is this optimization? The game is terrible compared to its other competitors, which look and perform much better. Why do I need top of the line graphics card to play the game at bare minimum frame rates? I can max out other games at 4k with the help of upscalers and still get 60+ fps but it's a miracle if you managed to pass 30 fps for this game. Optimize the game then you'll get recommended reviews.

If you bring back day night cycle and massively improve driving physics It'll be a great game.

The game has a small map. It should take at least an hour to go from one end to the other, but the map should be detailed and diverse as well as large. More than half of the map is empty. Instead of flat, empty lands, map should be designed with interesting places to explore (Forza Horizon 3 is a great example of it). Diverse roads and enjoyable views makes gameplay so much fun, Horizon series has always came close to achieving it. I play the game for Its open world but it feels empty and lifeless, there isn't much to explore. It should give you the feeling of a road trip, that's the point of open world. Think about a long coast drive by the ocean... You nailed it with the Forza Horizon 5 but on a very small scale. There should be a lot more, diverse and licensed customization options for vehicles (bodykits, wheels etc.). Color corrections should definitely be made in the graphics, although the game looks very good in general, the awful image that occurs due to the wrong use of colors at some scenes makes me sick. There's definitely something off with the graphics. It's not right to compare two different titles but GT7 is one of the best looking out of the market. Vehicle models need to be updated URGENTLY. S15 Silvia, E30 M3 and R34 Skyline looks horrible for example because they're recycled. Driving mechanics are good but so static, they can be improved. Adding 900 degree steering animation in first person is a MUST. There should be an option to change weather, season and time in singleplayer mode. There must be an option or tool in game that allows players to make cinematics (DOF effects etc.). The game currently has that option as "replay" but it cannot answer the request. There should be more npc's all around the map to give that living world feeling but not the dumb ones like playing the same animation 1000 times. Increasing the number of usable houses would also be very cool. Other than that it is a great game.

Edit: FIX THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ANTI-ALIASING, ambient occlusion bug at unusual resolutions (There are horizontal lines where there should be ambient occlusion), color banding (especially at night there's an extreme color banding) and popping sun already it's been years

anytime you try to verify local files, it downloads 96.7 GB of the game even though its already downloaded
