A masterpiece in how much the story grips you, how much there is to do in the world and just how connected you can be to the characters in the game, Geralt, the protagonist, in particular.

CD PROJEKT RED have just done a masterful job in making the world of The Witcher 3 just so lived in and you find yourself so immersed in the game that you lose track of time and wish you didn't have worldy issues such as sleep, work or school. The voice acting and writing of even what at first appears to be a measly side quest just keeps you entranced in the world and immersed.

There's pretty much almost always something to do in the world, no matter where you go, always another quest, another treasure hunt, and they are done in such a way that you very rarely feel bored (except for the ten million sunken treasures in Skellige :D Enjoy taking a year to get through all of them ;)).

In my opinion, definitely a must play, or at the very least a must try, game for everyone at some point in their lives.
