I adored the base game's brutal nature and the feeling of wonder I got exploring this giant, biomechanical world. The Watcher really takes me back to that in a way that Downpour did not, by nature of it being a more story-based DLC. There's certainly a lot of bugs and rough edges to smooth out, but I'm more than comfortable recommending this to everyone who enjoys exploring and just getting lost in a new, confusing and beautiful world.
