The longevity of this product is sadly not given. I had to perform multiple repairs within the 1000-1500 hours i spent using it (got in on launch with the rocket league bundle). These include changing membranes of buttons, glueing the piece of plastic where the trigger resides in back onto the PCB (since the plastic where the screw screws in broke).

All in all the controller in its fully working glory is fantastic AND i don't know for how many gaming hours they're rated...but I think when you use a product the way its supposed to it shouldn' break that easily... and if it does it must be a design flaw in some way.

I also had to perform some soldering work as apparently sweat creeps in under the buttons and corrodes the PCB tracks responsible for recording a button press from the membranes.

I wish there were REPLACEMENT parts available for the controller as its almost being advertised as being DIY friendly.

All in all i'll still recommend the product since it's the only one of its kind.
