Nostalgia factor very high on this one.
A classic and important part of FPS history coming back to life. Well worth the money, especially if you played in the past, but worth getting even if you never played before.

Comes highly recommended. Interesting build mechanics. Love the gameplay and you will too if you're even remotely interested in crafting/survival/horror.
It's amazing how much the tone of the game changes when playing alone and playing with friends.
Definitely worth your time.
