The technical issues and performance did not affect my enjoyment while playing the game.

                          Minor Spoilers Ahead

Just finished this game today and I have to say barring the performance issues, this game is simply fantastic and probably the closest to the perfect Star Wars game we will ever get ( I can't wait to see how Respawn tops this with the 3rd game )
The original game was already really good albeit with its flaws but this game somehow improves on it where a lot of sequels fail to improve upon or match the prequel in terms of quality.
Exploration
Traversal and exploration were already top-notch in the first game with its wall running, rope swinging & climbing but Survivor managed to improve it somehow with its air dash and grapple hook.
All these abilities work independently by themselves in a vacuum sure, but the game gets you going when it mixes all of these.
You keep on wanting more of these parkour sequences, more places to use the air dash, more wall running, more ledges to grapple to.
The enjoyment from air dashing to a wall, running along it and then grappling to a ledge is simply unmatched. But Respawn aren't new to this, they're behind the Titanfall games which are known for their exceptional mobility and parkour sequences.
It really does take a lot of effort to grab the parkour and movement from an FPS game and translate it to a Third Person Action Adventure game and make it equally as appealing or even better in some cases.

Combat
The combat is heavier and meatier with newer moves & combos. Easily the most improved part going from Fallen Order to Survivor.
Fallen Order's combat was passable. it had its issues and jank here but it was an okay experience, mostly taking inspiration from Sekiro but putting its spin on it with Force Powers and being a downgrade in terms of smoothness.
No longer did I look down upon it as a Sekiro Downgrade but instead simply a different flavor of it, I've played Sekiro on both PS4 and PC, and Survivor still is of course inspired by it but It matches up to it, and it is good enough to be unique and stand out.
There are multiple stances to choose from though you can only have 2 active at a time but it is okay because the stances themselves have a lot of combos within their moveset.
I mainly stuck with the dual wield as my main stance and was constantly switching between blaster, crossguard, and double-bladed as my secondary. But don't think there is a disconnect between combat and exploration, The game wants you to swing down on enemies from walls and ropes, Dash in the air when there is a ground wave attack, and perform sneaky ledge takedowns. Sure all these existed way before Survivor but Survivor takes them and mixes them with the Star Wars flavor which stops it from being repetitive.

Plot
The story was REALLY enjoyable for a guy who isn't all that well-versed in the Star Wars Universe. The characters feel like actual people and not just a means to bloat up the dialogue to waste the player's time.
Bode is amazing, he was not present for the majority of the game but whenever he was present there was a reason behind his presence and actions. An amazing addition to an already solid crew.
Merrin's character was written beautifully too. People will recognize her from the first game but will be shocked at how she behaves completely differently, The game hints at a relationship between Cal and Merrin but the romance never is forced but feels natural as the game progresses.
Greez is still there though definitely playing a minor role compared to Fallen Order but his presence and jokes were still appreciated, he has a very Marvel-esque humor in some cutscenes but somehow does it better than Marvel movies themselves.
Cere is back again of course but her stay and interactions with the crew are a bit short-lived as she has comfortably formed her own society with another major character from the first game which I will not spoil.
BD-1 is still to this day one of the best sidekicks I've ever had the pleasure to travel with because who would've thought a robot droid who only communicates in "Beep Boop" would be so enjoyable and simply just attests to the theory you don't need to bloat up the dialogue to make the sidekick character have importance and to be fun around naturally.
This robot simply does it all, everything from splicing chests, control panels, and doors to letting you use ziplines and clearing Koboh infestation to unlock new paths.
The story also has some neat minor sequences where they add another char who adds some utility or unique combat animations.

World
This is an open-world game but don't let that dissuade you, it's a fantastic one at that.
The open-world part of the game never felt too tiring or overwhelming, it just felt the right amount of exploring.
There is no stamina or any limitations, you can sprint and air dash to your heart's content which makes it less exhausting. Some mounts serve as a nice breather in case you ever get tired of sprinting around.
There are also more optional side activities scattered around the world or in the main hub area like Fishing, Gardening, or Bounty hunting which serve as a nice filler in case you ever want to take a break from the story and do something else.
That's all I have to say about the world, it doesn't do anything new or exceptional because it doesn't need to, it's just a fun world to explore with the right amount of content.
I also want to add besides the skill upgrades from experience you get from killing enemies, the majority of your rewards from the world will be cosmetics like Lightsaber parts, BD-1 materials, Beards, Jackets, Shirts, and Pants which may be disappointing to some people but I was completely fine with it, I had a lot of fun customizing Cal and his weapons and changing my item's looks every time I came across a workbench.
Verdict
All in all, I had a lot of fun with Jedi Survivor.
I was really excited when this game was showcased and all the trailers following it but was disappointed when I heard of its abhorrent performance so much so that I was just going to skip it.
Fortunately, It went on Steam sale just last week and I picked it up expecting an above-average to alright game but it blew my expectations out of the water, I honestly think this is one of the best triple-A games out on the market and would recommend this game easily even if you can run it above 30 fps.
If the game's performance was better, I truly believe the conversation surrounding this game would be completely different and would be in a MUCH better light which is really disappointing because I really enjoyed this game to the point I've put 40~ hours in 6 days.

                           Final Rating-9.8/10

This is truly an exceptional Star Wars game and an amazing game in general.
