To call this a game is a real stretch of the imagination. It's very short (not a bad thing but to reach the end only takes about 30-45 minutes). The process of preparing a body is interesting but it could have done without the plot about big business. It was very unoriginal and made zero difference to the 'game'.

This came across as more of a child's game where the child can't possibly do anything wrong. It's also hugely overpriced and has zero replayability.

I do wish the developers well and hope they can create an actual game next time rather than a digital statement. I will (very) hesitantly recommend.

In a fit of nostalgia and achievement completion I fired up this monstrosity. What can I say ?

The controls are appalling and the character movement is like something you'd find in a 1980s magazine type-in. To Valve's eternal shame they allowed this abomination onto their storefront in the early days of Steam.

Simply the worst game I have ever played. It's not even good in a bad either.

A gentle trip into the Wizarding World. Runs fine on Steam Deck (although it eats the battery). It's not particularly difficult - which is a bonus. Not every game needs to be Ikaruga.

Great atmosphere but oh so buggy. Saves get corrupt for no reason which is the ultimate dev no-no. Achievements don't fire on Steam Deck.

More time should have been spent fixing the bugs than gouging the brand for merchandising.

I have to admit that I didn't quite know what I was doing half the time but I loved the atmosphere and the scenery of the game. It was very relaxing but I did have to resort to a walkthrough on occasion.

Great for adventurers who want to take their time on a game.

Imaginative game that doesn't outstay its welcome. Some of the achievements will mean you need to to replay certain levels (only because it's likely that you'll miss something) but they aren't infuriating.

The only part of the game I didn't enjoy were the stealth sections.

Worth the money though.

Fantastic little RPG full of character. The Boss Battle in the Grubbins DLC is the one challenging part but you play more for the atmosphere and the fun aspect.

Remember to play on Christmas Day to get the "Tisn't the Season' achievement!

More of the same if you enjoy these kinds of games. Apart from the developer challenges the game is super easy so perfect for some casual gaming.

A charming jaunt across a tiny Spanish island taking photographs of the wildlife as you do.

The story, though quite simple and didactic, is very easy going as Alba and the islanders rail against the evils of capitalism. The achievements are all attainable through completing the story.

Looking forward to a sequel if one comes about.

It's pretty much the same time-management game as the first Alicia Quatermain game and therefore, quite simple and easy. It's a nice casual game.

One note is that when you get all the achievements Steam doesn't recognise the came as 'complete' and won't register against the number of complete games you have. This is because the game is listed as 'Profile Features Limited.'
