All the good parts of Theme Hospital with very little of the bad. A wonderful spiritual successor to the game many of us wasted hours and hours on.

There's always something to do in this game, even if you think you've done it all. Little extra tasks and secrets are hidden everywhere and are a joy to discover.

Update: Still going nearly 100 hours in.
