might've gotten stuck in a loop of daniil shooting himself in the head because i didn't realize i could listen to music to make him manic...

seriously though, the new mechanics are really cool. i love the visuals of daniil's thoughts, especially when they appear on the sides of buildings. the diagnosis system is very neat. i also like the idea of balancing mania/apathy and think this system will add a lot of difficulty to the game, if that's what you're into. it's so funny that daniil doesn't rummage through trashcans but instead kicks them to make himself feel better (? lol). there is a lot to love about the new gameplay and how uniquely "daniil" it feels.

there are also a few issues, such as typos and problems with performance, but i'm sure they will be fixed up for the final release. overall, very cool demo and i'm very excited and hopeful that the final game will deliver :-)

the sound design is insane...this game is scarier than the original. please give us more silent hill games like this and just take my money man. GOTY

this game causes me the most pain i've ever experienced but i love it so deeply
