I really wanted to give this program a chance, but it didn't really work out.
While the UI is pretty and easy to use, the program itself is suffering heavily from performance issues. But by far the biggest issue is that the exported video is completely broken. Whole sections of the video get completely cut out for some reason, the sound and video tracks are not synced and halfway through the video it just turns all white, no matter what setting I use for exporting.
The description mentioned keyframes and animations, but I couldn't find that feature anywhere, maybe I just wasn't looking hard enough.
The performance is relatively stabil for the most part, but selecting a clip makes the program lag and freeze for a few seconds, and putting text or an effect on a clip turns it into a image slideshow when playing.

Overall it's a nice and easy to use program for beginners, if it wouldn't be for the broken exported videos.
Fix the export, fix the performance and I could see myself using it from time to time.

Some QoL changes I'd also like to see are:
Drag-scrolling through the timeline with the mouse, like pressing the middle-button and dragging the timeline around,
Adding text not as a videofilter, so that I can use text without having to have it on a clip or an image,
Visible soundwaves in the audio clips to make it easier to balance audio,
A better/more obvious way of finding/using keyframes.

At the moment I can't recommend it, but I will keep an eye on it and change my review if stuff gets fixed.

Fun and addicting gameplay, that's not exactly unique or outstanding, yet it has this certain charm to it that makes you want to play more.
Lots of customization options: Masks, outfits and armor skins, dozens of guns, each with lots of different attachments and weapon skins.
Lots of skills and perks that can even change the way you play.
Nice community, if you find the right people. (Literally the best friends I ever had, I met in, or because of this game.)
Fantastic music.
Outdated graphics which aren't too noticeable while playing.
Lots of DLC, which can be either good or bad, I'd say get the ones that seem interesting to you, the rest is completely optional.
Story line that's not really fitting, but the game doesn't require you to pay attention to it so it's not a big deal.
VR support and crossplay with desktop players, pretty much every headset works perfectly fine.
Modding support to customize, change, or even add to the game pretty much anything you want.

It's quite literally my favorite game ever created. I may not play as much as I used to anymore but I still have a fun time every time I play.
Definitely give it a try. You can wait for a sale, but 10 bucks is a pretty good price already.
