The Last of Us Part I is an incredible experience. Even though I knew major story spoilers beforehand, the campaign still gripped me with its shocking moments and emotional depth. It’s TLOU, you already know the story is a masterclass in tension and character development.

The remastered gameplay feels smooth and responsive. Combat is intense but polished, with stealth and scavenging that keep you on edge. I never played the PS3 version, but here the mechanics aged beautifully.

BUT the PC port has issues: frequent visual bugs and unstable fps in certain areas. I had to restart the game occasionally to stabilize performance, which was annoying but not game-breaking.

Despite the technical flaws, this is a must-play, the story alone is worth it. Just expect some bugs and optimization problems if you’re on PC.

Despite being one of my favorite games due to my experience playing it on consoles, I cannot recommend it. Unfortunately, this port is riddled with issues: from visual glitches and gameplay bugs to poor performance that completely ruins the experience.

Playing this game on PC without mods is pure torture. The community has worked hard to create mods that attempt to fix Rockstar’s disastrous port, yet more than a decade later, they still sell this product for $20 without addressing its major flaws. It is unacceptable that a game of this caliber still relies on external modifications to function properly.
