Absolutely appauling game. Considering the progress that was made in the DayZ Mod, this "Standalone" is a complete flop. When I first started the game up, I was ready for the usual symptoms of an Alpha Standalone i.e. ocasional bugs, crashes, glitches and that sort, but not this. This isn't bugs.. it's freaking mammals! From bugged zombies who clearly take no damage (took me over 5 minutes to kill one with an axe in straight up melee standoff) to loot that doesn't feel like spawning no matter what, and when it spawns, it's 2 m up in the air, to simply your game character getting wiped out of existence (this really bothers me, as I had played since the first hour of launch and today I log into the game to find out my character has disappeared.)

My advise: Buy this game and install it in a couple of months time.
