Insane game, free as well, definitely deserves a lot of respect!

Wolfenstein is an FPS based in an alternate universe of World War II where Nazi Germany are victorious, you play as the resistance trying to FREE MANKIND.
The story is compelling, the characters are unique and interesting, and progression through-out the play levels is steady and intriguing.
Each level is more action packed than the last, and you never know what you are going to encounter as you battle your way through multiple European staples such as London and Berlin, and other locations such as Gibraltar. All the more while the game finds a way to deepen the plot and create some spectacular scenes that will make you go "wowza".
The enemies are diverse and frightening, each have they're own little nuance of weaknesses you have to encounter along the way.
I bought this game in a sale expecting nothing but a predictable WW2 shooter that I could dish a few hours into, and instead was rewarded with a deep, anus clenching, redneck incest family feud compelling story line, that left me wanting more and more.

I can't believe they actually sued the modding community to attempt to bring out all the cool features R* missed in the online, people who make very little if any money off of these mods and bring joy and fun to thousands of players, all because Rockstar (more specifically) TakeTwo can't stand the fact that these guys's mods are putting their own original creations to shame, yet only barely taking a smallest fraction of the money made from this game, if any at all.
