CS:GO Review
So many cheaters that the phrase "you cant cheat on vac secured servers" is now an inside joke in the community. Also, matchmaking is a joke. Literally had silver 2s and gold nova 3s in the same lobby.

0/10 would buy a dragon lore again

Update: Still cheaters everywhere but somehow they managed to falsely ban me??

I have to say it's exceptional how active the game is after so many years. The online multiplayer community is still alive with a skill gap wide enough for new players to comfortably play, but also improve and perfect their playstyle.

Game feels clunky and almost as if the whole thing was based upon lazy design, however, for a 80mb f2p game I have to say this is one of the most interesting and playable of what I assume is a first game.

The Tabletop Experience:
>"oh boy secret hitler sounds like an edgy and fun game"
>join the one server out of 30 that isnt private
>mic spam about whether or not a player is hitler fills your ears
>sit down at brown or teal
>silence
>people screaming about you sitting down even though seats are unlocked for God knows why
>get kicked
>finally realize maybe you shouldnt sit at teal or brown
>finally find a match that'll let you play even though you're new
>spend the next millenium playing until you finally get a game where someone doesnt rage quit after the lobby screaches at full volume
>go to doctor because ears are bleeding
>realize you suffer from complete deafness and ptsd worse than an iraq soldier
5√5/10 would kms again

My grandfather was in the war for a few years. It gave him possibly the worst case of ptsd I had ever known. For almost his entire life he relied on the support of his family, as well as his smoking addiction to make it through. Eventually my 14th birthday arrived. Sadly, by that time he had passed. The lung cancer from smoking got to him. Every day in the hospital he prayed for me, and would warn me to never smoke under any circumstances. My mother reinforced this after his funeral. Anyways, the birthday cake lied in front of me, and my father had told me to make a wish. My wish on that sad day was that I never gave in to the temptation to smoke. Later on that day I had been opening presents, and found an HTC Vive. I was so overjoyed, and instantly went looking for free games. After a few months, on this day, I can say that i do somewhat regret not at least giving a cigarette a try, because VRChat gave me cancer anyways.

I've personally played this game on multiple systems over multiple saves (NG, NG+, etc). Yeah, it's a zombie game. Yeah, zombie games are overdone too. Where Dying Light stands out is with the clever mechanics and innovation of Techland. This is one of the very few games that manages to make a personal connection between the players and characters. The story was well thought out and, while it may get unpleasant at times, is fun to play through. There is a lot of after game content as well, such as the Bozak DLC and Following expansion. The game it's self also has a replayability to it. It won't get boring the second or third time playing through. There are also multiplayer gamemodes and events, such as "Be the Zombie" and their "Battle Royale" event. Techland has also made some hardware implementations, including eye tracking. The eye tracking system adds a whole new layer of immersion, allowing you to aim with your eyes and adjust the lighting depending on where you're looking on screen. Overall, I'd say this is a definant winner in terms of true game developement, and is a must-buy if you're in need of a new game.

♛ Overall: 9.7/10

This is by far one of the best games I've played. Unlike Valve, Facepunch has spent the last few years developing this amazing survival game and listening to the commmunity, not just updating the sounds. I'm honestly suprised at how Facepunch is willing to put up with the whining the community has thrown at them over the past years while they practicaly gave them what they wanted. If you end up getting bored, which I doubt you will, there are multiple different server types you can play on such as builder (build whatever you want with unlimited materials, no pvp), Hunger Games, etc. Ever since the very early alpha (before experimental), the game has been very enjoyable to play, and it's mindblowing how far it has come. I can't wait for the full release, and support facepunch all the way. Don't listen to the reviews from salty players who just got killed in game. It is honestly great and if you are in a server with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, just find a different one.
