Best value you can get, given that the game is free.

It uh... It exists. It may not be the crisp, clean controls of Megaman proper, nor the innovative gameplay that X had, it doesn't have the graphics they promised, the compatibility they said it would, nor the innovation they swore to deliver... but it does in fact exist. I suppose that's "Better Than Nothing".
