Hogwarts Legacy is an action-packed RPG game that takes you on a journey through the magical world of Harry Potter.
The world building is done splendetly, the small hints and nods to the Potter Universe we seen in movies an books is very very entertaining.
The graphics are decent, with a beautiful atmosphere that truly immerses you in the wizarding world. The attention to detail in the game is incredible, from the intricate designs of the Hogwarts castle to the lush landscapes surrounding it.

One of the standout features of the game is the beautiful music and great sound effects, which create an amazing ambiance that transports you to a magical world. The voice acting is also decent altough I reawly would like to here a bit of more divercety (only 2 voices for the main character, a lot of repeated dialogs). They do add depth and personality to the various characters you encounter throughout the game, but its repetative if you meat them to ofthen.

Although the performance of the game was initially poor, it has been improved with patches. However, some players still experience issues with ray tracing performance, even with high-end graphics cards like the RTX 3080.

The gameplay in Hogwarts Legacy is excellent, with a wide variety of gear to collect and upgrades to do. The game features 26 spells, including three curses, and the main combat spells are categorized as control, force, and damage. The game also offers a range of side quests and activities to explore, though some of these can become repetitive, particularly the Merlin trials and treasure vaults.

Exploring in Hogwarts Legacy can be very rewarding, as you unlock challenges that reward you with combat traits or even gear. The game also boasts a variety of enemies, each with their own vulnerabilities and weaknesses.

Overall, Hogwarts Legacy is a beautiful and immersive game that offers a lot of variety and depth. If you're a fan of RPG or action games, you're sure to enjoy this exciting journey through the wizarding world.

If you wan to 100% this game be aware you need to grind, its a lot of work and can be a chore.

The atmosphere of this point and clicker through the art (feels eastern European) and the music helps to create a nice atmosphere. The puzzles are here and there art. But with there in game quircky puzzle and they can hard but with there nice in game mini game mechanic to get hints.

Also for the achiefment hunters out there, the achiefments are all story driven and its funn to get them.

Hand of Fate is a mix-up between a Card Game, a Tabletop and a 3rd Person ARPG in this particular order.

If you are looking for pure action, pure story and choice-driven games, or a complex deck-building game, Hand of Fate is not for you.
But if you enjoy all of the genres mentioned above, you will find a unique game providing just the right amount of everything packed together!

So what is Hand of Fate about? You build different kinds of decks compiling different kinds of cards, items, encounters and so on. Depending on which cards you choose the story you play will change, and your character progression does too. Some cards will give you more benefits than others, and the beauty of it is finding out what those cards do, because once you acquire them, the effect those cards are unknown until you encounter them.
This makes it exciting to progress and reveal every card on the game board. While doing so you have to manage your resources, food, health and gold. There are also little things like buffs, but I will let you find out about that on your own.

Some encounters require you to fight monsters/bosses, which are fairly different encounters which require different tactics. This happens in the 3D 3rd Person ARPG style part of the Game. Don't expect too much complexity here. It is simple, yet fun, much like the Batman games.
The Endless Mode allows for multiple Playthroughs, which alter your adventure depending on the cards you choose.

The overall difficulty of Hand of Fate is always fair and never seemed too easy or too hard. Yet to get some of the achievements you get to deal with a lot of rngs

All of this is packed and created with the Unity Engine. Which does a beautiful job of maintaining a modern and immersive look, yet it's not "next-gen" like AAA titles out there.

You cannot expect much about the overall Story here, its about creating your adventure by choosing different cards and unlocking more.
The music and overall sound/narration are well done, and the card dealer is exceptionally voice-over.

ICEY from FantaBlade Network is a 2D side scrolling hack and slash adventure game with a meta narrative. The obvious comparison is The Stanley Parable for that aspect and ICEY has managed taking some elements from games I love and intertwining them brilliantly. You play as a female robot called ICEY who wakes up in a pod with the aim of killing Judas. As you play, a narrator is guiding and commenting on what you’re doing. This leads to some hilarious moments and of course I tried my best to disobey said Narrator to end up earning some trophies in the process or even gold.

TLDR;
PRO

* Realistic Scenarios, and fun alt viruses.
* Strategic in setup
* Complex and each virus type have different tactics in all modes.
* Now with the Cure mode (understand why pandemics are a PITA)

CON

* It's quite simple in gameplay mechanics so don't expect complex game play like red alert or somting.

The review
The game Plague Inc. was unintentionally put in the spotlight by the coronavirus. And when you play it, you immediately understand why. But I bought it back in the day and started playing it again during the pandemic and well now a bit as well so now and then.

Plague Inc. has been around since 2012, but today the game is attracting more attention than ever. But for reasons that the developers themselves may not have wanted. The renewed success of the game began in China when the coronavirus broke out there. Many Chinese people thought that by playing the game they would learn more about how this mysterious virus might spread. The number of downloads of the game rose exponentially.

Since we had to go into lockdown to fight the virus, we had time to spare and little to do. In other words, it seemed like a good time to see if Plague Inc. was worth all that dust.

Not as easy as it looks
Still, Plague Inc. is quite different from the average strategic game and for the fact that it originated from a phone game. Those are often fairly easy to understand, but Plague Inc. will demand a bit more from your thinking skills. The objective of the game is clear (albeit rather sinister): you must exterminate mankind or save it in the cure mode (added during the pandemic). But epidemiology is a complex science, and Plague Inc. tries to integrate its many elements truthfully into the game. Symptoms, ways of spreading, medicines... you have to take them all into account.

Strategy is key
Don't get us wrong: you don't need to be a scientific genius to play Plague Inc. All you need is the ability to think strategically. Because Plague Inc. is a strategy from start to finish. You have to think about every decision for a while. Even the very first choice you make can be important for the rest of the game.

The first choice is to choose the country from which you want to start your epidemic. Here you must try to choose the country that has the ideal climate for a disease to spread. On the one hand, this should be a country with many means of transport (airports and harbours, indicated by icons on the world map), but on the other hand, the country should not be too prosperous, such as Europe and the United States, because there they will act more quickly. We give as a tip: Asia is often the best choice here.

Plague Inc. is also often a question of patience. Especially in the beginning, it is waiting for something to happen. This is because the disease you have created must become stronger. You make your disease stronger by collecting DNA points. You get these by lighting new areas, developing the disease in a country or inhibiting medicines.

Waiting for the peak
The more DNA points you have, the better you can develop your disease. Again, you have several options. If you want to infect the world in no time and make victims, you invest your DNA points in infection methods and symptoms. The more severe your disease, the faster science will work on a cure. That is why it is also important, especially in the latter stages of the game, to invest in the resilience of your disease. Resistance to medicine is important, but resistance to climate can help the spread. You also have a lot of options when it comes to developing ways of infection and symptoms.

Choose the symptoms carefully.
In the beginning, you have to wait until the ball starts rolling. Fortunately, this often does not take long, because once other countries start being infected, things can happen very quickly. The number of infections skyrockets, and you have DNA points up for grabs. That enables you to make your disease stronger and more deadly, and it will also start to develop itself. And it is precisely this kind of detail that makes the game feel so realistic. For that, the developers deserve well-deserved praise.

Fictional realism is certainly one of the big plus points as far as we are concerned. But it certainly stimulates your strategic thinking. It is sometimes difficult to determine the effect of a certain choice, but you don't want to start ticking symptoms haphazardly. In a game of Plague Inc., you can get so carried away that you forget what you are doing: exterminating humanity with a terrible disease.

Suprme Commander 2 is a decent RTS. Seeing its the successor of Supreme Commander witch was the spiritual successor of Total Analition. Who can say no to that pedigree in a game.

Do note that for your Achievement hunters out there there are online achievements in this game. And Ranked is not fun so it's not well played you need to ask the help of the community to get those but there reawly chill and ok about it all.

I remember playing this game back in the day. So here it is a newly remastered version let's see what it brings.

So when I finally sat down and played it .... it was okay. Like all point-n-click games of the time, it suffered the same "What next?" problem. These days if you get stuck you just go online and within minutes you have an answer (usually.) Back then, you usually had to wait for some gaming magazine to publish a walkthrough, and when you live in a small town your options in that regard are limited. However, this is what made point-n-click games so compelling. The challenge. DOTT in this regard was far too easy and I remember this was one of the few games I didn't need a walkthrough. So my criticism is that it was too easy.

Graphically the game was colourful and pretty, making it stand out from other games of the genre. The cartoony graphics were a bit refreshing, with a noticeable Chuck Jones feel to them. Voice acting was pretty good for the time.

So, what do I think of the remaster? Well, it gives me hope. This game has been so well remastered to current-gen systems that it gives me hope that more old LucasArts games get the same treatment *cough* Fate of Atlantis *cough*. Hint, hint, wink, wink.

Visually the HD remastered graphics are great and you can almost forget how old the source material is, however as another reviewer said, they can be a bit bland and lacking detail. However, this is just in contrast to current standards, back then it was detailed.

Story-wise, DOTTR is as funny as it was back then. A few dated jokes that the younger generation are unlikely to get, but otherwise it holds up.

Overall:
Day of the Tentacle remastered is a fantastic remastering of a cult classic for current-gen systems. However, if I had to be honest, this game is primarily aimed at its long time fans. Newer/younger gamers are likely to not get a lot of it and hold it on par with an interactive cartoon (whether that is a good thing or not may vary depending on personal taste.) The bottom line is this is a great game with which I had a lot of fun, both then and now.

Side Note:
Don't play this game with a walkthrough or trophy guide on your first playthrough. Get any missed trophies on subsequent playthroughs.

This is honestly a pretty good game. The 3 hours (yeah I forgot to quit the game) of story that this game delivers is great, but that's it. There isn't any replay value or real gameplay. The story is pretty one-sided cuz it just shoves all the details in your face. There isn't a big exploration part since your hand is held the entire way through. To me, it's a large twist on Firewatch. It has some parts that are very similar to each other, with the whole multiple-day things, with some nice surprises during the development of the story.

Only the characters in Firewatch feel much more realistic, has a lot more replayability, and the soundtrack is immensely better. The different art style is something you either like or don't, but it's nothing super unique.
If you want a nice semi-interactive story (with always the same ending) it's worth the 3-hour playthrough.

As much of an art project as a game, Crying Suns is a winner in the overall experience. As a captain of a space battleship trying to reconnect to a broken empire, this game is an FTL-like journey across vast stretches of space but updated in many ways.

The downside if you want to well try your luck the story will become less and less impressive but the game mechanics are very nice.

The Pro's:
+ The art style and the atmosphere it brings. (Think a fusion between normal hard Space Sci-Fi and cyberpunk)(
+ The Story-driven elements, there is really interesting lore they build up through your run.

The Con's
- The Story-driven elements, you can do more than one run its a rouge-like, but then the fact you got to click to dialogues etc. gets a bit annoying and even repetitive.
- Variety problems, the best tactic is sort of for all the ships sort of the same. A bit more variety in that part would help the games tons.

Fortunately there is no tutorial. - Since this is our first time on Mars and we have to fight our way through to found a civilisation. This is exactly the right way to start the game with trial and error.

Graphics 9.5 - nice atmosphere, many lovely details
Music 10 - several radio stations to choose from (similar to Fallout)
Gameplay 10 - there are many perks, endless variations on how to progress.
Replay value 9.5 - many secrets to discover.

For me, after years, finally a wonderful Mars simulation.
