Yea the save file is just a XML file, which is in plain text. I recommend something like Visual Studio Code for it.

How did you find those thoughts to delete in the first place, by the way? Are they embedded in the save file?

@thakyZ I figured it out! When you use the Avali mod and Psychology, Avali only form pack relationships one-way, which causes those thoughts not to have matching pawns. You can fix it by making sure both pawns have the "packmate" relationship toward one another using the dev tools.

I left a comment about it on the Avali Continued mod. I'd appreciate it if you could second it. Might help get some more traction on the bug fix!

@thesarukin it only occured when more mismatched thoughts occured but before they happened and after I removed them it started to work again for the time being.

hey, I saw your comment regarding Avali on the Rimworld Psychology mod page. I've been experiencing that issue too. Once you removed those disjointed thoughts, did the problem continue to occur or were there eventually more mismatched thoughts?
