Who the ♥♥♥♥ thought it was a good idea to unload he game dll, reload it from archieves and then load again

EACH TIME THE GAME STATE CHANGES

The game is perfectly moddable but NOOOOO some moron decided to play around with dll files and now i can't mod in peace without trying to figure out when the ♥♥♥♥ the game wants the dll to be unloaded. Seriously.
