VAC = Valve Allows Cheaters. Games above 21k elo are infested with cheaters. They don't even hide anymore. Anticheat exists only in ur imaginations. Also Valve doesn't provide any content for their game. Maps added are created by community, some bugs are being fixed by community, and updates are released once a decade. My friend playing in Poland on Wien server is being routed through Buenos Aires (he is half latino I assume). Multiibilion dolar company can't afford 128 tick servers for some reason. They only care about releasing new weapon case to make money and that's it.
