I think this game missed the mark in a lot of aspects. The combat is very clunky (the last boss fight makes this blatantly obvious) - at all times it made me wish I was playing Sekiro instead. The maps are extremely linear, and since the vast majority of chests scattered through the game are cosmetic items (most of which are lightsaber cosmetics, almost impossible to be told apart during gameplay), I only felt compelled to explore for the sake of completion. I think the story is pretty weak, with the ending being as good as Episode IX (I hate Episode IX).
But even with all of these faults, I had fun most of the time and couldn't stop playing. There are some things that are very satisfying, such as deflecting stormtroopers' blasts, and I do think there are some breathtaking moments.
I wouldn't recommend this to everyone, but it's not that hard to like it if you enjoy the prequels.

I played the demo some time ago and it didn't quite click with me, but I'm so glad I gave it a second chance. I quickly found out this is one of that games you just can't stop playing. It's extremely fun to expand your factory, plan things out and execute them, but on top of that, the game is just gorgeous. I frequently found myself just hypnotized by the moving parts of the factory, admiring the wonders of automation. Of course this quickly proved to be a mistake, because pollution is always spreading and you're always on the clock to negotiate more land with the biters.
To me this was easily a 10/10 and I recommend you buy the game.

Definitely one of the games in the Souls series.

Hades is by far the best roguelike (or roguelite) I've played. There is new content to see every run, so even if you fail (and you're going to) you feel like you are somewhat progressing through the story.
Heck, I've played for almost 100 hours and there is still content to be seen!

The pacing is perfect, soundtrack is great, story is fun and lighthearted, and of course, the gameplay is very polished and does not get old even after more than 100 runs. I just can't recommend it enough!

The font is horrible and a lot of letters look the same, which is a big issue when your task is simply to type words. Also, when I first played, the game didn't recognize any of the words and it took a while for me to realize that it was because I had caps lock on (why is that??).
