Checked my ban history and there's more supports than devs which is surprising, love to blame devs and often they're the one that get pissed but whatever kind of moderators are employed/contracted by valve are quite trash too even tho they are only hiring the best of the best supposedly, I'm guessing they outsource support to india or something like many other companies bc it's cheap and terrible.
Also I found no better solution than the Steam forum bc basically every game has one and it's all nicely integrated and don't need 500 accounts and ♥♥♥♥, also has users which is always a nice plus. Only possible alternative could be reddit to fit most of that criteria but obviously that's far worse as far as moderation goes so that's that.
