No, you can't play SOLO. Only COOP, but only one person needs to buy the game.

The game is fire!

The gameplay is the thing that shines the most. You get a lot of different abilities and the devs have done their beast not to repeat themselves. The idea with how the split screen works is very similar to the one in the It Takes Two.

The worlds looks nice, you basically go between sci-fi and fantasy and most of the stories have an interesting final boss. There are also small side stories that you can find throughout the game. They are pretty short, but still interesting.

For me, the most epic thing was the final part of the game. They introduced a lot of interesting mechanics there that I've only seen in some indie games at best. It's sad that each mechanic was used for a short period of time only.

The story is pretty basic, but as I've said previously, the gameplay is what is important.

So I strongly recommend this games, if you are into platformers and coop games.

That's pretty much FPS Hotline Miami with its pros and cons. The game is dope just like the soundtrack. Overall I liked the game.

There are like ~50 levels, most of them are pretty much run and kill. Each level has 3 challenges that you can complete. You get a star for each completed challenge. There are easy ones and there are very annoying ones, cause they are based on randomness, but only few of them are like that.

It has a nice variety of enemies with such a short length. Each enemy needs a different killing approach but you can also ignore that and just kick each and every enemy. The enemies kill you in 1-2 hits, but that's fair, because you can also kill them in 1-2 hits.

The bosses are pretty fun, the best one was the first boss. The other ones are also nice, but one thing that annoyed me is that when you die you have to go again trough the whole battle and wait for the animations and so on, because the battles are pretty much scripted. You do 2-3 hits and then the boss changes the phase. You can only do a fixed amount of damage to the boss.

Throughout the game you collect sneakers. You open them by collecting the stars mentioned above. They give you different abilities. There is one that makes you smaller, there's another that makes the head of the enemies bigger, there are ones that give you interesting abilities like doors exploding when you kicking them, and there are just funny ones. Most of the sneakers are useless, some of them you would use only to complete challenges, but there are few great ones, that are pretty fun to play with.

The story is pretty basic, but the main point of the game is the gameplay, but even though the story is basic, here and there you'd find funny memes either by going trough the level or by talking to the NPCs.

So, if you're into Hotline Miami, don't wait much and just KICK THAT DOOR. DU DU DU DU DU DU

I've never played the original, but this game did a very great job at promoting the original. If you are a fan of survival horrors, you should definitely play it as it gives you that resident evil vibe.
I could also compare this game to Cry of Fear as the base idea of the story is similar.
And remember, don't put your hands in holes or you might find key items.)

The DLC adds a lot of hard and interesting puzzles and also adds some more story and fills a gap in the main story.
If you like the main game definitely buy the DLC.

The DLC isn't difficult, just use everything the game gives and stop limiting yourself.
It is worth the money, considering the amount of content the DLC has.

Bloodborne + Sekiro on PC.

The game is linear, but I'd not call this a bad thing.

Even though I used the recommend button, I'm more on the neutral side regarding the game.
Yes, the game is a good survival horror, but after playing so many Resident Evil games, it feels a bit outdated.

The story is fine, I enjoyed the main characters and every other character from the game. There are a great variety of locations with the mansion being the core one. The design of these locations are beautiful. The graphics are nice.

The game is well-optimized I'd say. There were 2-3 times when the game were stuttering a lot, but a PC restart fixes that. Not sure why.

Now, for the worst part of the game, the gameplay.
The enemies are not that interesting and they are pretty repetitive. There are only two bosses in the game, both at the end of the game, one after another.
There are only 4 guns, and you can't upgrade them, but considering the lack of variety of enemies, I think it is fine.
Some of the puzzles were nice, but I didn't like that a lot of time the item to solve the puzzle was in the same room as the puzzle.

The game is pretty short, you can beat it in under 8 hours, even if you try to collect everything. I played on standard and didn't die even once.
You can play with two separate characters. Each character have separate cutscenes, a small exclusive mission and that's it. Basically the story doesn't go in parallel like in RE2. There are just two different stories depending on the character that you choose.

I can't say that I didn't enjoy the game, so if you are a survival horrors fan, you should definitely play it.
I still look forward for the Alone In The Dark 2 remake, if there will be one.

The time travel element adds a new level of difficulty to the game. The difficulty is fine, it goes from easy to hard gradually with each new old element added to the game. I wasn't able to solve some puzzle by myself.
The interaction between the present and the future is explained pretty well throughout the game.
This game has the good old portal dark humor. It also has cooperative where one of the players can place only standard portal and the other one can only place time travel portals.
My only disappointments are the game duration and the ending. There are only 25 puzzle in single player and 20 in cooperative.

An interesting mod that adds 3 new interesting mechanics to the puzzles. I liked a lot the laser teleportation cubes. The puzzles were you can turn off the electricity were also great, but sadly there were only 2-3 puzzles with that mechanic.
The puzzles weren't that hard, which is sad and sadly there are no puzzles where all the new mechanics are combined.
The story is fine and the characters are interesting and the Portal humor is still there, but the ending is not really satisfying in my opinion.
Considering all the pros and cons, the mod is nice and you should definitely play it if you are a Portal fan.
