A great citybuilder with Warcraft aesthetics. Has a lot more going on than is obvious at first.
The 20 "prestige" levels that have an increasing difficulty are great because you tend to fall back on what worked in the past, but because of the randomizations you are forced to discover alternate ways of winning, making each game feel very different.

Clever and addictive. The campaign is, even with the contingency plan expansion, rather short - but it makes you want to play over and over again with increasing difficulty - I wiould nominate it for a Steam award!
