Great co-op MMORPG. Great action combat. 10/10 would slay the big monsters again.

Experienced no PC keybinding issues or connection issues. You play for the combat, the graphics/cinematics, and the gameplay. You prep hunts, grind monsters, upgrade armor, rinse and repeat. The story is paper thin and it gets tedious at times like doing dailies in WoW but you can mod that part out. Don't be afraid to change weapons. It can make the game feel new again.

UI changes are controversial in every game that has them, but this over-the-top unnecessary bloat on the new UI has zero tactical advantage for a better experience and removes information you previously had. The new running animations are not just visually inferior, they're a legitimate mechanical nerf to dodging and juking the killer. DO NOT SUPPORT ANY DLC OR COSMETICS UNTIL THE PLAYER COMMUNITY IS HEARD!!

Both survivor and killer balance reined in by the devs. Generator speed vs killer pressure feels right. Constant stream of content. There is some progression bloat that needs to be updated. Some glaring bugs and memory leaks but pretty minor overall.

The game is a 4v1 and when a player DCs, it's devastating on the balance of the match for both sides. It's so overrun with DCing and various forms of griefing/exploiting that the game's community is extremely toxic. Until BVHR punishes these players, I don't recommend buying Dead by Daylight. BVHR is prioritizing a constant stream of DLC and cosmetics every 3 months over fixing DCs and other glaring issues, bugs, and exploits. Don't support game companies like BVHR.

Yes, I have recent hours logged in this game (as of this review) & it is buggy as ♥♥♥♥ as it ever was. Came to write this review strictly because ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ - I see it's on sale for 50% off...which was the original price LMAO.

They are charging twice nowadays for the same amount of bugs, if not more bugs?? Release candidate, my stinkin' ass.

One of these days I'll have to write a better review, but besides MMOs and League of Legends - this is the only game... the only early access survival game.. to keep my attention for months. The world is fully destructibile and terraformable. The developers are in constant communication with the community. I'm very picky about which games I choose, and the number of hours I have in this game should speak for itself.
