後文明三部曲的總結,比五代剛出時完整

優點:城區規劃有趣,文明後200回沒這麼無聊

缺點:聯合國系統不見了,滾出地球有的傾向性部隊和漂浮城市似乎沒有繼承者

期待剩下的兩張資料片補完
