If you enjoy the Harry Potter universe in spite of its, sometimes endearing, cliches and plot holes, Hogwarts Legacy is a triumph. A tremendous amount of care was put into the art and world design. The game is filled to the brim with puzzles and opportunities for exploration. The music is excellent and loyal to the themes from the movies.

The combat is solid. Not great, but also not horrible. The hard difficulty setting offers a decently challenging experience for those who desire it. The "RPG" element of the game is lacking beyond character creation and choosing a house. The talent system lacks much substance or variety.

It's an instant classic for Harry Potter fans and those of us that grew up with the books and films, and a very decent game for everyone else.

CK3 is a perfect game for very "artistic" individuals who have penchants for obscure historical reference. For familiar with Paradox games, CK3 is, in my opinion, the most complete Paradox game on release to date. Typically I'd recommend buyers wait for one or two solid expansions before buying Paradox games, but I feel that CK3 is worth price out of the box.

I am excited to see its systems evolve and deepen with future updates and expansions.

Complete masterpiece. The most important game to me since Mario 64 or Morrowind.

Not worth $60. As of this review, the game is terribly optimized. I play Witcher 3 on maxxed graphics settings without issue and I have to turn my setting down to medium or low on Kingdom Come to squeeze out 40 or 50 FPS. It's pretty horrid.

The story seems alright enough. No masterpiece, but better than most. The controls though... oh the controls. Terrible. Clunky.

Wait for a big sale. I wouldn't spend more than $20 or so on it.

The ideal game for the meth addict inside us all. Bundle with aphetamines for best results.
