this game is VERY good, and i think more people would agree if it weren't for the very poor optimization. i personally did not run into any major issues and despite having what i would call a merely above average rig, i was able to run the game on high graphics with my fps staying between 40-60 without frame gen, even during monster fights. i am still recommending it because it IS a good game, but i would ALSO recommend waiting until they fix the performance unless you are 100% certain your pc can run it.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ what an amazing game. Bought it because i thought the gameplay looked great, and i can safely say that that is the understatement of the CENTURY. The gameplay isn't just great, it's some of the most fun i've seen in this entire year, not to mention such an amazing OST, and the fun yet still engaging story parts, genuinely baffling how this game hasn't gotten more attention considering how good it is. My only ask of the devs is to add a leaderboard to compare with friends.

i have a very big fear of big bugs, especially spiders and this game did NOT help. that aside, very good indie game where you explore norse mythology inspired forests and mountains riddled with monsters and other things that want you dead.

also killing the spiders with a repeating crossbow felt very cathartic

this game absolutely broke me. the extremely painful feeling of pure DREAD that you feel as you watch your knight fall down 8 screens after you messed up ONE jump, knowing there's nothing that you can do about it anymore, is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ AWFUL. if i had any emotion left in me after this game took it away from me, i'd bawl my eyes out while screaming.

10/10 couldn't recommend it enough
