Addicting, fun, great little tower defence game.

Almost fell asleep.

They made it a part of the main game, a new Act V that you have to complete before starting NG+. I don't like that. Should've been the same way as they did with the Atlantis DLC. You want to explore the North? Please, take a ship.

Most of it is just a snoozefest. Locations are bland and boring to explore. You run through forests, swamps and a lot of snow. We saw that already in the third Act. Only at the end they become more interesting and unique to this DLC.
Quests are not bad. One time you get to save a sheep.

Although I didn't really enjoy playing this DLC, it still brings a new mastery, a new weapon type and many other QoL features to the game, which is why I recommend it.

Short but sweet.

I think this expansion is meant to be played after you finish the main game, but there is an option to start your adventure at the beginning of Act 4. If you want it to be more challenging.
Visually it's great in my opinion, but the story.. Only a few quests were interesting and the last boss is just a missed opportunity. Could have been better. Also it's a shame they didn't add a new mastery to the game with this DLC, like they did with the other two. A mastery based on water/ocean would be interesting. Although there are a few new mechanics added.

Overall I enjoyed it and would recommend you to try it out if it's on sale.

Simply beautiful.

Fantastic ARPG that needs more recognition.

Great soundtrack, unique locations, recognizable characters and bosses from Greek, Egypt, Asian and other mythologies throughout the game, classic ARPG gameplay with interesting, engaging mechanics, dozens of classes and clean, great visual style. Just a really well made game that I cannot recommend enough.

One of the best, if not the best, ARPGs ever made and one of my favorite games of all time.
