game performance is unstable, some compunds lower my fps to 30 on low (used to have stable 80 on high)

Not a big fan of city builder/management games, but tropico is so much fun.
The campaing missions have a great learning curve, the ui is very simple yet informative.
Soundtrack and humour is on point.
