After months of investigation and continuous emails, turns out my steam was accessed by a Russian IP Address.
How someone gained access to my Account (since I never connect my account to untrusted sites, and I never enter my login credentials, -- Sign in on Steam website, then connect my account), or why my skins weren't stolen, and how did they bypass Steam Guard, is still unknown.
P.S: I haven't received any emails about any login attempts. Source of this information was Steam Support
Will keep this thread updated in case of any other updates.

Yeah, I got VAC banned, and I'm still trying to figure out how and why since I don't even play Matchmaking on this account. Guess VAC is becoming better than FaceIT AC after all *smh*
