around about a decade ago, i bought terraria on my ipad 4, having no clue how impactful this one game would have on my life.

whenever i look back at this game i can only recall all the fond memories i've had playing terraria on my ipad and xbox 360; messing around with friends, tunnel visioned on beating hard bosses like ocram and duke fishron, grinding for days for rare gear and items, building wacky ass contraptions using wiring – and when i picked up this game again so many years later, i found those same embers of joy never died.

this game often gets compared to minecraft, but without a doubt terraria stands far on top. vanilla terraria, although so simplistic in nature, almost seems limitless in and of itself with the amount of things you can craft, build and find. the final chapter of this game might've closed, but it will forever stand the test of time. if your on the fence, or have a couple spare dollars, i really recommend the buy, as you won't be disappointed.

a simple review cannot give this game enough credit.

disco elysium is a game that is essentially a listening and reading simulator 90% of the time, but never does it have a dull moment. from beginning to end, the game is completely enthralling, unpacking the complex world of revachol and harrier, learning about what was, what is, and what could be; and how you, the player, impact this world.

the world of disco elysium is expansive and abundant offering so much to do and see, giving the game plenty of replayability. to say disco elysium is worth every penny would be the understatement of the century.

i expected nothing, and i was still let down.

i think the devs couldn't decide on whether or not to make it a serious or a troll game. instead, opting to do both; falling unbelievably short. the story has no direction and is nonsensical, failing to be both scary or comical.

like, we genuinely spent like 15 minutes running around pink p diddy's mansion going through every room looking for 7 fnaf gregory backpacks to open the elevator, all the while a slender black ai fellow just inexplicably followed us around, doing nothing. like, what??

make sure you either have a 60hz monitor, or can just your monitor to 60hz. if not, don't bother buying this game. it'll just spit out this error message every time.

the game isn't free. it's a demo.
which in itself wouldn't be a problem if it was presented as a demo for a paid game.

do you ever get that feeling where you don't know what game to play? well then, i have the game just for you.

the game is obviously quite dated, which can be seen in the graphic quality and the lack of multiplayer servers, however, the single player campaign is still absolutely amazing and will provide couple of hours of fun.

chess was so good, the decided to make a sequel.

simple game to blow off a couple of hours. quite fun. not worth full 22 dollars.

would you rather, go to a therapy session which is subsidised by your government or climb a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mountain? the story is so bad that an 8-year-old with a crayon could've written a better story than this. seriously, if the story was madeline wanted to climb this mountain because she enjoys climbing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mountains, that would've been far better than this sad sob story that is so corny it's unbearable.

and the main antagonist, 'badeline,' that everyone looks down upon, is the sanest character in this game who speaks from facts and logic. she's the only one who actually cares about madeline's well-being and safety; who doesn't want to risk her life because of some daddy issues or some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like that. galatians 4:16 much?

triple a companies ought to be taking notes.

there is nothing i can criticise about this game, the gameplay, story, characters and ost are absolutely phenomenal. it's a real darn shame to see such an underrated gem being buried on top of mediocre games.
