Anno2070 is a great economic/city builder game, lots of strategic thinking in it. I enjoy every moment of it.
It's not hard to learn how it works, the campaign helps you a lot with basic mechanics of the game.

The game lets you play and build a city, complete missions. You need to think how you build the city, where you build everything, because you have different kinds of citizens(tycoons, ecos.. etc). Every kind of those need different things in order to be satisfied.

I didn't play any of other games in Anno series, so I cannot compare it, but I can tell this is a great one.
Also, I did not encounter any problem with UPlay while playing as other said they have.
The only thing is that playing for the first time takes a lot of time until you get into the game, but well... it's only one time :).
