Easily the best game of 2023 for me. It has a well written story, well written(and voiced) characters, and so, so many choices to make when you play. Not to mention, for D&D fans, its the first video game I've played that really properly felt like playing tabletop D&D. The plethora of choices really give this game a lot of replayability, including the very first choices of what race/class you decide to play as your player character. Can not recommend this game enough.

Pretty cool take on the deck builder idea, plenty of replayability with different characters and deck styles.

This is a great digital version of the tabletop game. Very faithful, and best of all, no shuffling required!

Early Access Review
This game has been evolving nicely over the last several months. It was good before, and it just keeps getting better. It is frustratingly difficult, but I find myself trying over and over and over again to conquor the masses of infected. If you like a challenge, and RTS games, I highly recommend this one.

This is my favorite game ever. Sadly, it is not the best version of the game. Get the PSP version, amazing.

The pros of this version are some cool new gameplay options and battle mechanics, as well as an extended story.

Great music, amazing characters, good story. Well worth your time and money.

I love FFVI, I will start out with that. The great music and story are still here, so that is good. Even the downgraded graphics I don't mind too much. But the interface... man, the interface is garbage. It was designed for a tablet, and they didn't bother changing it for a PC player. There are some tweaks you can make to it, but all the options are bad. Also, the max resolution is 1360x768, so you can't even play it at 1080, much less anything higher. There's aslo bad background tearing when you move. This is really unacceptable, it would have been better to put the SNES or GBA version in an emulator. I love this game, but this version is just not well done. Spend a little time on a game this well loved SquareEnix, don't put out this trash, your devoted fanbase deserves better.

Edit on 12/23:

I have reached a point in the game where I can not progress. The game crashes everytime a specific event happens. I have tried it on multiple machines, exact same crash. This game is UNPLAYABLE.

Edit on 1/1:

A work around has been found for the crash. Turns out its a bug present even in the iOS version that they never bothered to fix. Just another reason to not support trashy ports.

Early Access Review
First impression of this on Early Access is very good. Combat is smooth and fast paced, difficulty adjusts depending on how many players are in the game and the skill trees add some customization to the game.

The game looks amazing, the character animations are smooth(a few awkward bits over uneven terrain), the voices form the show are there, the music is there, it feels very authentic.

I have experienced a few instances of enemies not seeming to be where they appear on my screen, but that happens in many player hosted games of this sort. Hopefully it will improve as the game develops, but as is, it's not a big deal.

There are only 4 stages right now, and they are not that long, but keep in mind it is early access and is still in active development!

I am hoping that maybe they will expand the roster to other teams, but it is off to an excellent start, and I can not wait to see how the game progresses as it develops!
