Very blatant cheaters in every lobby, and when you aren't running into cheaters you're reminded of how poorly balanced the game is. Most "fair" engagements are decided by who has unlocked an optic and who hasn't.

Don't bother with this one.

Another early access game full of bugs... and this time the devs expect the players to take care of them.

Good thing I don't want to live forever!

Concept is alright, but this game is trying to do too many things at once, and none of them are that good.

The "boots on the ground" combat leaves a lot to be desired. The loot and crafting... exists. The UI, and especially inventory, is some of the worst I've seen in the extraction looter genre.

The thing that tries to set it apart from other games is the ships, which are optimally used as a taxi while you beeline the map and to the final extraction (after extracting TO the ship from the actual map...). There's nothing almost to do with this part of the game so it feels completely wasted and pointless. I mean, I suppose you could try and extract camp and breach people as they leave the station? It just feels like there should be more to do with the ship gameplay, being as it's advertised as a huge part of the game.

If they flesh the game out to what the cinematics look like, and to what I'd assume it's supposed to be, then it'll be worth looking at again. But in it's current state, it's a bad extraction looter, with a poor take on extraction and loot, and the only thing that sets it apart (ships) feels like an afterthought and has little to no effect on the gameplay.

The only good bug is a dead bug.

Crashes at least half the time during matchmaking. Not sure if server based or P2P (suspect P2P based on connectivity issues), but however this game's multiplayer works, it needs to be redone. It's crashy, randomly loses connection and half the time needs to be relaunched several times in a row to DETECT an internet connection in the first place.

Once you get it working, it's pretty fun though.

Would advise being careful during game setup, as all house rules (ex: stacking, 7-0) are on by default.

This game is a great concept, however it has been abandoned by the developers in an unfinished state. Hopefully they pick this title back up and continue development at a later date, but until then, DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. It is buggy, unfinished, and unsupported.

I highly recommend this title. It's a great mix, requiring you to think long-term for the RTS half, but also giving you the adrenaline rush of a FPS. I've waited a while to write my review, and as of the time of writing I've recently passed 100 hours & the game is on Version 0.222.

When you start the game, you have 11 men and you're focused on earning money by taking out other small squads. As you progress, you can assign your skill points in different areas (to allow for different play styles). Many people like to have a lot of troops on the field to overwhelm with numbers, but I'm more of a One-Man-Show most of the time, and I only sometimes deploy my squads of very powerful, heavily armored super-soldiers with sniper rifles.

The game does, however, have a few negatives that I can't leave out. The AI is kind of lackluster at the moment, but the devs have said they're going to rework it as they iron the game out. Vehicles were added in the last update, and there is balancing to be done on them, but once again, the devs are currently discussing solutions with the community (Also, the community for this game is amazing, and I'm proud to be a part of it). Overall, it's a great game with great developers and a great community.
Yeah, there are some bugs that need to be ironed out, but we Early-Access players know what we're getting into-- in exchange for your time & frustration fighting the bugs off, your voice & ideas get heard by the developers, and speaking from experience, these developers are all ears.

Once you discover hotseat, you might lose your job (if you have one) or watch your grades suffer (If you're a student).

So find it and find some friends as fast as possible.

It's honestly a "meh" title. Nothing really stuck out to me. It isn't "bad" but it isn't exactly "good" either.
