great game but it's really poo that they've cut the extra content

Kind of a grind fest and the story is cringe but if you are willing to forgive that then the car handling to the graphics and the immersion/tension you feel during races is more than enough to compensate for that

The physics are atrocious I thought this was a drifting game, not handbrake simulator! No matter how much i oversteer it keeps on gripping the road like a track car... The chase camera is very static and speed doesn't translate well in this game, the engine sounds are average and the graphics look like a blurry mess even on high settings, let's not even talk about the random stutters, this game plays, looks and feels like a prototype

heilariously fun!

It's a good continuation of the series, it's got a story mode unlike grid 2 and the graphics do look more modern yet they've lost their cinematic edge from the previous game, same with the UI, it looks more sterile and lacks the personality it once had. The old maps are still here and they're retextured as well as a bunch of new maps and a lot more cars, there's a lot of variety which I enjoyed for the most part, some cars a real pain to drive like the trucks and old cars.
