Today I felt like I was experiencing the Diablo 2 release for the first time again.

GGG delivered the exact product they've been promoting for the past couple years - a top-down ARPG with truly engaging and deep combat. Somewhere between an Exile-like ARPG and Dark Souls.

Having put thousands of hours into every Diablo, Grim Dawn, Path of Exile, Last Epoch, Titan Quest, etc. I can say that this tops them all in every way so far.

This sets the new bar for ARPGs

The highest standard of development team, product quality, and optimization.

If you were a fan of Mordor: The Depth of Dejenol, you'll love this game.

A fantastic TRPG! Played to finish within a week.

- Interesting story with multiple endings

- Meh level design

Seriously one of the best games of all time. Excellent content, replay-ability, and a wonderful business model.

I thought that after 3 years the issues with this game would have been fixed. Sadly that is not the case.

Within the first few minutes I experienced gameplay hampering bugs (like mining things not finishing unless you melee them, graphical issues). Nothing too game breaking so I continued on.

Today I lost 4 hours of progress due to a combination of bugs: I fell through the floor of a freighter which killed me somewhere in the middle of space. After respawning, I couldn't get my grave or any of my inventory - it just bounced off of my ship. My last manual save was 4 hours earlier - the last time I was near a save beacon.

As I paid full price, I wish I still qualified for a refund.

A mix between Eternal Darkness (Gamecube) and (a poor copy) of the recent God of War.

Gameplay is slow, clunky and unrewarding.
I still recommend for the setting, tone, and format of the narrative, though.
