FPS fix - Wolfenstein: The New Order
press: Ctr + Alt + ~
1) try commands:
toggle com_synctotime
r_syncatendframe

Install:
1. Extract the file dinput8.dll to your main game folder. For Steam this in most cases is "Steam\steamapps\common". For example: "D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Wolfenstein.The.New.Order".
2. (Optional) Place the id5Tweaker.ini config file in the game directory and edit as necessary (see below).
3. Start the game like you would normally, for example directly through Steam or a desktop shortcut.

Start the game and use command id5Tweaker_SetFpsLimit 140

IN GAME
! Go to Options - VIDEO - Display Mode WINDOWED (apply) !

Resolution

Play in Window mode and Change resolution.

game speed is tied to fps this breaks the game

You can use toogle com_synctotime 0 or reinstall game…
If you using id5 Tweaker 0.3 you can use command id5Tweaker_Reset

When I'm scaling the castle wall I get this wierd glitch where the grahpics flash while walking up. Refunding the game again... bethesda smdh

setting the fps limit to 140 makes the game run in slow motion

There are a lots of commands in this game, in every game.. and i tried a lots of ways how to fix fps... And i found something what works (for me and hundreds of people)... If you have problem with fps ~ for example...When you open game -> screen is lagging so much(5-15fps) and your HW is better than recommended... So just try my instrucion... Im not a game devoleper and i dont know what is wrong in this game... But instruction ~up was helpful for a lots of people and me. So if your game run on 60fps or more..That is not for you.

If your game is very slow and your HW is good, try it. There is a lots of HW and every HW is different, so i think this fps doesnt work on every PC

(but i hope it was helpful...) If you want what command do...hmm...I guess synctotime is similar like V-Sync... ~~~ Opening console is long? What is long? For me when i press “ ctrl+alt+~ “ console is open within sec... emm and this works only on NewOrder... I hope i helped you little bit... If you want some more information leave another comment below... I will try to answer your question

can you like, explain what does the command do? and why is the process to opening the console so long in comparison to FO4? synctotime? Have no clue what time it's syncing and what it is syncing.

in return to Castle Wolfenstein it used to be F3 i think
