All Upgraded Gun Stats (Sniper Rifles, Secondary Weapons, Pistols) *Updated*
By SoraRaida
As mentioned in the title, this "guide" or spreadsheet to be technical, is something that I made to those who wants to see which guns have the best upgraded stats among all of them, and to those who want to compare the upgraded stats of all the guns in the game by themselves.

I made this guide because of two things:
1) When I started playing SE4, I had no idea which guns to main. It's easy to compare the base stats of every one of them, but after you upgraded them, they became very different.
2) There are no similar guides that shows the upgraded stats of all the guns on Google and Steam, even after hours of searching.

*UPDATE AND DISCLAIMER*
I only tested this on lower difficulties, as I'm not an expert in this game. So this doesn't really applies to higher difficulties.

If you think this guide is good, make sure to rate it so that others can see it too.

Conclusion
As you can already tell, all guns are different and they react to all situations differently. It all comes down to these few things:
1) Do you want to spend on DLC?
2) Do you prefer close range or long range?
3) Do you want to spam your sniper rifle?
4) Do you prefer going loud or silent?
5) Do you have steady hands?

(Subject to change!)
Note: In Authentic and Authentic Plus difficulties, only max zoom(???) for Sniper Rifles are locked. Other stats remain upgraded(???) if you have them.

Additional note: All Bolt & Lever Action sniper rifles have the same damage output when upgraded.
It is also the same case for Semi-Automatic sniper rifles, but less damage.

Hi. I got this game recently on sale. It's been released long ago and there've already been two more SE games but I'm enjoying the 4th game a lot. Thanks for the guide, it's very useful for me.

Testing for the "legendary" Valkyrie Sniper Mauser has been fully discussed in https://test-steamproxy.haloskins.io/app/312660/discussions/0/2152098843854290244/

Also, there seems to be some debate in the community if weapon upgrades are active in Authentic / A+. The patch notes https://test-steamproxy.haloskins.io/app/312660/discussions/0/133257636775540342 which are sent out by the devs, indicate that weapon upgrades are disabled on Authentic/A+.

"“Authentic Attachments” option will now set suppressed shots to make a noise, limit the zoom level of scopes and binoculars, and disable weapon upgrades.
“Player Toughness” option will disable Character Skills when set to Authentic or Authentic Plus."

The current version of SE4 is 1.5.2, and that's from the patch notes for 1.5.1, and the patch for 1.5.2 only indicates there was a change that only has to do with multiplayer. One would have to believe that the devs reverted this back without mentioning it in their final patch notes. That's unlikely.

One Rifle that wasn't tested is the Valkyrie Sniper's Mauser. Kinda hard to test that one as they are not easy to get.

You may be right about the enemy heath on Authentic and Authentic +. It just opens up the already large gap even more between the Semi-autos and Bolt Actions. But then I haven't played hard or below in a long time now.

Maybe that has been changed since the last time this guide was written. In this case, my apologies.

If not, I assure you to do more testing with a protocol and do not only take into account damage but also other upgrades (as the enemy health could just be higher in authentic and authentic plus but it doesn't mean that all weapon upgrades are not taken into account). We claim what we claim with proper testing and we are not the only one to have made the same conclusion despite what the game says.

You clearly haven't played enough on any mode above Hard. There is a noticeable difference in damage once you get into Authentic and Authentic plus. Get into the Survival maps and play through those on the different hardness levels.

It has been proven that only scope upgrade and skills are lost. Sorry, but you are wrong.

In Authentic and Authentic Plus you lose all weapon upgrades. ALL of the Semiautomatic are VERY under powered in authentic and authentic plus compared to the bolt action rifles.

I think the SVT is the best rifle in the game

I think every body part has his own resistance against damage.
On cadet difficulty its all the same, assuming 100%.
At higher levels e.g the head part gets additional resistance (20%,40% etc.) to make a headshot more difficult.
To complete the illusion the player is hearing a ricoshot sound file.

Not sure if the shooting angle affects the hitbox size.
