Zombrex

I know of nine free doses of zombrex in the game. They can also be purchased from looter shops for ascending prices ($50k, 100k, 150k, 200k, 250k and finally 400k per dose). Four doses are needed if only doing the main game, 6-7 are needed for the main game plus overtime, and 7-9 doses if doing the survivor side quests with Jared.

Free Zombrex doses which are not time sensitive:
-Safehouse: On the roof of the safehouse, next to an assault rifle and some claymore mines.
-Underground Tunnels: Near the ladder leading to the Silver Strip.
-Uranus Zone: The VIP lounge in Jump Space 7. Climb out the window onto the awning.
-Uranus Zone: Safe deposit #673, key found on the floor of the Fortune City Hotel near south plaza.
-Uranus Zone: Safe deposit #999, key found in the fountain of the Atlantica Casino.

Free Zombrex doses which are time sensitive:
-Royal Flush Plaza: First mission in the campaign mode, in the back room of Roy's Pharmacy.
-10PM Sept 25th - 7AM Sept. 26: "Code Blue" mission rewards Zombrex upon completion.
-2AM Sept 27 - 10AM Sept. 27: "Hunger Pains" mission rewards Zombrex upon completion .
-11PM Sept. 26 - 2PM Sept. 27: "Mail Order Zombrex" mission rewards Zombrex upon completion.
-9PM Sept. 27 - 1AM Sept. 28: "Demand and Supply" unmarked mission rewards Zombrex upon completion.

There's also a Zombrex in the Americana - head upstairs in the BBQ shack and jump to the lights. Follow the path of lights you can jump to and you'll find Zombrex at the end. It's tricky at first, but as soon as you get the first speed upgrade it becomes really easy to reach,
