Since this game didn't have a dedicated achievement guide, I thought that I would make one. I also wanted to add collectibles in both video format as well as images, for those that have the opportunity to choose which collectibles guide they like following better. Please be aware, by accessing this guide you are accessing Quantum Break spoilers!

Introduction
This guide is still being evaluated, corrected, and cleaned-up. All the collectibles are fine, so I wanted to upload it anyway. The version you're seeing now is tentative, but the walkthrough is not.

Thanks for clicking on my guide.

I wanted to give a quick couple of tips for anyone going into this game from the beginning.
  • Never skip cutscenes and be sure to read over missable achievements before playing.
  • Gather collectibles as you go. Be aware, there are a lot of them.
  • Start the game on Hard. It sucks, but you get every other difficulty achievement for completion.

I cannot stress these points enough. I've made sure to outline where every achievement is as you progress through the acts, so follow along carefully to make sure you'll get everything in one playthrough!

Never. Skip. Cutscenes.

You only have to watch one live action for an achievement, but please do not skip any of the in-game cutscenes during your playthrough. Some of them are quite boring, but achievements are missable if you skip through. I'm still missing one that I have to replay a chapter for, sadly.

Combat and Ability Achievements
Chronon Surge
Upgrade a Time Power


You'll get this right when you earn your first Chronon Source, which is quite early into the game. Once you get it, simply open up your upgrades menu and add the point to a selected skill. This should get you your achievement.

Everybody Gather Around
Kill 3 enemies with a single Time Blast


This is best done through the scripted area on Act 2: Part One. You will come through a door very early on with three enemies. Charge up your Time Blast and fire it directly at them. This will get you your achievement.

Daylight Saving Time
Time Stop on hour's worth of accumulated time.


I'm not actually sure how this is calculated. Perhaps it doesn't feel like you'll ever reach an hour with Time Stop, but it will happen eventually. Mine popped at around Act 4. So long as you're using it (which, if you're playing on Hard, you'll be using it a lot), then you should get it around my time as well.

One Foot in Front of Another
Traverse a total of 100 meters using the Time Rush.


Incredibly simple. You'll get this through gameplay alone, but if you want to farm it, you can just spam Time Rush as soon as you get the ability in the later acts.

Personal Space
Deflect a total of 200 bullets with the Time Shield.


I'd actually work on upgrading this first. You get an achievement for maxing it out, but it also allows you to get this achievement very early on. Try to utilize your Time Shield against many enemies instead of one. You can grind it really anywhere, but you should also get it through your standard playtime.

Break All the Toys
Destroy 15 enemy chronon harnesses.


You'll be doing this a lot throughout the game, but the earliest you can farm it is around Act 2. You'll see big backpacks. If you shoot those (preferably with heavy pistol or carbine), it should explode and automatically kill that enemy. Do it fifteen times and the achievement is yours.

Stop / Go
Fully upgrade Time Stop or Time Dodge.


If you're following the collectibles guide, you'll have more than enough chronon source to purchase it. Do this early on because these are two of the best abilities in the game, especially if you're playing on Hard.

Area Effect
Kill 15 enemies with environmental explosions.


You'll do this more than enough times over the course of the game, but the easiest way to do it is using Time Vision to see which enemies are near outline explosives. Sometimes you can even steer them closer towards those explosives and shoot them before they leave.

Focus. Aim. Pull.
Kill 10 enemies with a head shot while using Dodge Focus.


You can start doing this right when you learn the ability at the beginning of the game. Simply Dodge Focus towards an enemy and quickly aim onto their head, killing them. For enemies without helmets, it only takes on bullet. If you're fighting enemies with helmets, shoot them once in the stomach with your heavy pistol and then Dodge Focus forward for the headshot.

Frozen Lead
Use Time Stop to stack a total of 1000 bullets.


Sounds a lot more time-consuming than it is. Near the end of the game, you'll get access to Light Machine Guns from enemies. At this point, start using your Time Stop on every enemy and unload an entire clip into the shield. You should get the achievement by the time you reach the end game.

Such Upgrade
Fully upgrade all time powers.


As long as you've been following the guide, this achievement should pop for you by the time you reach the boss at the end game. Be sure to upgrade everything before the fight so that you're well-equipped to deal with him on Hard.
Act One Missables and Miscellaneous
Keep these in mind while progressing!

Marketing Spiel
Sit a spell, take in Paul's presentation at the University. (Missable!)


Once you follow Paul up the elevator at the beginning of the game, there will be a large projector directly in front of you. Upon sitting down in the chair, you will receive your achievement. This also doubles as Collectible #12.

The Soft Touch (Act One: Junction 1)
Paul chose the PR path for Monarch Solutions. (Missable!)


Iron Fist (Act One: Junction 1)
Paul chose the Hardline path for Monarch Solutions. (Missable!)


While you are progressing through Junction 1 (Playing as Paul), you will be given the two options above. Pick either one, but directly after getting the achievement, go to the menu and restart everything from the checkpoint. Then choose the other.

Choose Iron Fist first. Then choose The Soft Touch. This will ensure the collectibles guide can be followed easily.

Spreading Ripples
Watch a show episode with all of its Quantum Ripples unlocked. (Missable!)


If you've follow my collectible guide, you should have both Quantum Ripples. In this case, simply watch the entire episode and you'll get the achievement. Mine took a second to pop, so if you're worried, just play a bit through Act 2 and it should come up.

Everybody Gather Around
Kill 3 enemies with a single Time Blast.


There is a scripted event pretty soon through the first part of the game. You'll step into an industrial building and three soldiers will be gathered about twenty feet in front of you. Crouch near the box to your left, charge your time blast, and fire directly at them.

You and Me
Chose the Personal path in Junction 2.


Bigger Fish to Fry
Chose the Business path in Junction 2.


Similar to the other junction, you'll be given two options. Choose the first option, confirm your decision, and get yourself the achievement. Then restart to the checkpoint and do it again, but with the second option.

Choose Business path first, restart to the checkpoint, and then choose Personal path. This will ensure the guide syncs up easier.

Boss Battle - Act 3

You will fight a boss during the first part of Act 3.
  • The weakpoint is on his back. Use Time Stop and Time Dodge to spam bullets.
My Issues with Boss

Upon reaching this point, I was playing on the Hard difficulty.

I wasn't sure where the weak point was at the start, so I ended up dying. Well, the checkpoint for this level is all the way at the beginning when you are first entering the compound. This means that it takes upwards of 3-4 minutes to get back to the boss battle itself.

Not only this, but do not skip the cutscene going into the boss room. I tested it four times and every single time I tried to skip the cutscene, it crashed the entire game, forcing me to restart and reload back at the checkpoint.

The boss is fairly easy. Just take your time and use your abilities as much as possible. I just thought this warning would be important to anyone trying to coast through the game. It's a real inconvenience to get back to the boss room, so be aware!

Something Fashionable
Get the chronon harness for Beth.


This one is actually missable. During the first part of Act 3, be sure to get the harness for Beth from Office #204. While it may seem unmissable, if you take too long doing it, you simply won't get the achievement.

The Right-Hand Man
Paul decided to trust Martin Hatch


Similar to the other junction, you'll be given two options. Choose the first option, confirm your decision, and get yourself the achievement. Then restart to the checkpoint and do it again, but with the second option.

The Doctor
Paul decided to have faith in Dr. Softia Amaral


Similar to the other junction, you'll be given two options. Choose the first option, confirm your decision, and get yourself the achievement. Then restart to the checkpoint and do it again, but with the second option.

If you've followed along and worked on your combat achievements throughout the game, you should have every achievement! If not, you can replay any mission you want through the Timeline button in the main menu.

If you find anything I've messed up (which is certainly possible since it's currently 6 in the morning, then please comment and I'll do my best to fix it. This guide is still being worked on and refined to better its quality, so every comment counts.

I followed it to a T but I still had to restart the level or a checkpoint a few times because I failed to find something. Usualy the upgrade points because they take some time to fade in to be visible. But otherwise, good guide.

@Excalibur Hm, it's been a long time so I'm not sure. But considering people have been 100%'ing this game as recently as this year, there shouldn't be any issue.

@Wendy been playing the game for a coulpe of days, does episodes count as cutscene for achievements, if so then one can never 100% this game as it cannot connect to streaming servers
