Here's how you proceed:

- Start a new campaign on Rookie difficulty

- Place two Recon allies covered in front of the targets

- Aim 90° or in the back of enemies by rushing to the relevant cover Rambo style

- Battle focus will indicate if you're indeed shooting an enemy being "Flanked"

- Do not shoot "Exposed" enemies or the kill will not count

- Both your squad mates and your own kills count towards the achievement

- Using the same technique, use your squad's Critical Strike when you are the one facing targets

Doing so will allow you to unlock the achievement during the "Saving Doctor Weir" mission.
