https : // i . imgur . com / ABCDabcd.gif
Also Reddit , although it is not a site dedicated to upload GIFs:
https : // preview . redd . it / ABCDabcd.gif
Something also useful is Github , although the links it generates are VERY LONG:
https : // raw . githubusercontent . com / USERNAME / PROJECTNAME / refs / heads / main / FOLDER / your-gif-name.gif
You're welcome.

(among others)
The - (hyphen) character is valid (don't ask me why, I have no idea).
I suggest changing the filehosting provider to one that does not place special characters in the link .
Or, alternatively, change the file name when you upload it .
If your file name is something like my_animated_video_low_quality.gif it will be better to change it to MyAnimatedVideoLowQuality.gif
Examples:
cdn . discordapp . com / attachments / XXXXXXXXXXXXX / XXXXXXXXXXXXX / my_animated_video_low_quality.gif
static1 . howtogeekimages . com / wordpress / wp-content / uploads / 2017 / 01 / shutterstock_1743036647.jpg
These links will not show up in your guide.
