All Steam achievements for Just, Bearly can currently be earned in one sitting taking around 15 minutes. Be aware however that there is one achievement I suspect is supposed to be earned for completing a second playthrough, which currently pops after completing the game for the first time.

If this is supposed to pop after a 2nd playthrough and it ever gets fixed overall completion time will be more like 25 minutes.

In total there are 9 Steam achievements, 5 of which are story related and 4 which are missable that have been clearly marked in this guide.

The achievement guide located below is listed in the order that I earned them and at the end of the guide is a full video walkthrough earning all achievements.

Achievement Guide.

JAM.

Listen to a jam.
WARNING, THIS ACHIEVEMENT IS MISSABLE.
After loading the game up, at the main menu click on the "Continue" button or alternatively wait for the "bearly" (get it) audible intro music to end to earn this achievement.

Chill.

Take a break, do a hobby.
WARNING, THIS ACHIEVEMENT IS MISSABLE.
After waking up in your bedroom, click on the table just to the left of the monitor, draw something on the notepad and then click "whenever you're ready" when you are finished to earn this achievement.

There might be further opportunities to earn this achievement towards the end of the first chapter and at the start of the second, if not, it will only take a couple of seconds to go for it on a second playthrough.

The worst thing.

Say the worst thing.
WARNING, THIS ACHIEVEMENT IS MISSABLE.
After earning the "Chill" achievement, click on the open door, in the next scene you are in a coffee shop, the barista asks "What can I get you", click on the speech bubble and two reply options pop up with a red arrow flicking between each. Click when the red arrow is pointing upwards between each reply to earn this achievement.

During my playthrough, there did appear to be at least two further opportunities to earn this achievement so if you fail, fear not.

Routine.

Get used to living like this.
This achievement is earned for completing the first chapter and cannot be missed.

Risk.

Step out and try stuff.
This achievement is earned for completing the second chapter and cannot be missed.

Reward.

Do risks pay off? Who knows. Maybe just stick to routines right? nah probably not. Probably worth it I reckon.
This achievement is story related and cannot be missed.

Bearly made it!.

Finish the game.
This achievement is story related and cannot be missed.

So nice!

Do it twice.
I assume this achievement is supposed to pop after completing the game twice, for me it popped at the same time as "Bearly made it!." at the end of my first playthrough.

EGG.

EGG.
WARNING, THIS ACHIEVEMENT IS MISSABLE.
After completing the game, allow the credits to roll and wait until you are back at the main menu. Back at the main menu, grab the blind covering the window and lift it up, a cut scene ensues and this achievement will then be yours.

Just FYI, am commenting in 2023 and it seems like the opening song got extended by a bit. To anyone trying to ge the Jam achievement, 20 seconds isn't enough anymore. Give it a few more minutes.
