Grab can be substituted as an attack button in the air.
Up and Down Strike attacks can also be inputted out of a dash.
You can roll immediately in either direction from a dash: Dash then Shield + Strike Stick.
Spot dodging this way works too.
Dash to Back Air (ie: RAR) = Dash + Turn around + Immediately Jump + Back-air. Back-air might be easier to perform with the Strike Stick.

My controller doesn't even work lol

I can't even get my character to move in online matches. I just have to stand there and take a beating everytime. Then my controller works fine in trainning., however i am unable to get my menu up to exit back to main menu. very frustrating.
