How To Change It
1. Right-click SPY Fox in: Dry Cereal in your Steam Library and click "Properties".

2. Click "BETAS".

3. Under "Select the beta you would like to opt into:", select "uk_version: Stable UK Version".

4. Close the window.
One Massive Downside
The only problem with this is the fact that any saves made on any other version of the game will no longer work, giving an error in the console and crashing after exiting it.
