Introduction
This guide contains written step by step solutions to all 231 levels in the game (as of v449).

This guide currently covers the following levels:
  • All 14 levels on the Overworld Map.

  • Each step of a solution is hidden using spoiler text, so that you can look at a particular step without spoiling the entire level for yourself.
  • This is my first ever guide, so I would very much welcome constructive feedback.
  • These are my own solutions and I don't claim that they are the most efficient possible solutions in every case.
0: Overworld Map
I use the convention that FLAG means the object and Flag means the text.

Map-00: Baba Is You
1. Move BABA onto the FLAG.
Notes: Introduces Push, Stop, You and Win.

Map-01: Where Do I Go?
1. Break "Wall Is Stop".
2. Form "Flag Is Win" and move onto the FLAG.
Notes: Teaches breaking/forming phrases, Stop.

Map-02: Now What Is This?
1. Break "Flag Is Stop".
2. Form "Flag Is Win" and move onto the FLAG.
Notes: Teaches that other things can be You, not just BABA.

Map-03: Out Of Reach
1. Push one ROCK into the WATER.
2. Form "Rock Is Win" and move onto the ROCK.
Notes: Introduces "Sink".

Map-04: Still Out Of Reach
1. Put the ROCKS into a row of three and use them to push "Skull" right, to break "Skull Is Defeat".
Notes: Introduces "Defeat".

Map-05: Volcano
1. Push "Baba Is You" right one.
2. Push the ROCK right two.
3. Form "Lava Is Melt".
Notes: Teaches what happens when nothing is "You"; introduces "Hot" and "Melt".

Map-06: Off Limits
1. Break "Wall Is Stop".
2. Form "Wall Is You".
3. Move onto the FLAG.
Notes: Introduces what happens when the object that is "You" occupies more than one square; teaches you that Defeat only affects the part of You touching the object that is Defeat, not all of You.

Map-07: Grass Yard
1. Form "Flag Is Win" vertically, using the "Is" from "Baba Is You".
Notes: Teaches that you can form vertical phrases, and they can have words in common with horizontal phrases.

Map-08: Slideshow
1. Move left two, up three, right twelve, down three, left two.
Notes: Introduces "Level".

Map-09: Fragile Existence
1. Form "Baba Is You" horizontally and "Key Is You" vertically, with "Key" in the same row as the DOOR.
2. Move around until BABA is one left of "Key" and KEY is one left of DOOR.
3. Move right one, to break "Key Is You" and leave the KEY on top of the DOOR.
4. Form "Key Is Hot" horizontally, to melt the DOOR.
5. Form "Baba Is You" and "Key Is You" and use BABA and KEY to bring "Hot" into the open.
6. Form "Level Is Hot" vertically and "Wall Is Melt" horizontally, to melt the WALLS.
7. Form "Level Is Win".

Map-10: Hostile Environment
1. Push KEKE up one.
2. Form "Flag Is Push" and push the FLAG to be one below KEKE.
3. Form "Keke Has Baba" vertically, and "Keke Is Weak And Move" horizontally.
4. Wait several turns until KEKE moves onto the FLAG and creates a BABA.
5. Form "Flag Is Win" and move onto the FLAG.

Level Finale: A Way Out?
1. Push KEKE to be three below "Belt" from "Belt Is Shift", then push KEKE down one, into the alcove.
2. Break "Belt Is Shift" by pushing "Is" and "Shift" up one.
3. Without melting any ICE, push "Rock" down as far as possible.
4. Push "Is" onto the lowest ICE, then push it up one, which will melt that ICE.
5. Move down one (to get off the WALL), then move through the nearby ICE and push "Is" left to form "Rock Is" horizontally, leaving a space for "Push" directly below the down BELT.
6. Exit without melting the last ICE and push "Push" onto the down BELT.
7. Form "Keke Is Move" then push "Push" down to form "Rock Is Push", then exit via the last ICE.
8. Push the first ROCK out of the way.
9. To Win: form "Flag Is Win" then move onto the FLAG.
To End: form "Rock Is Weak", destroy the ROCKS, form "Flag Is End", then move onto the FLAG, then collect all of the flowers.


Level ?: ?
1. Turn Level 09 (Fragile Existence) into BABA by forming "Level Is Baba".
2. On the overworld map, move left one, then move to the bottom right level, keeping the CURSOR on BABA.
3. Move right seven to Win.
4. To get the ORB, go back into Level ? and move left three, to break "Text Is Hide".
5. Break "Orb Is Hide", form "Orb Is Bonus", then move onto the ORB.

To Win on the overworld map:
1. Turn Level 09 (Fragile Existence) into a BABA by forming "Level Is Baba".
2. Turn Level 10 (Hostile Environment) into a FLAG by forming "Level Is Flag".
3. On the overworld map, move BABA onto the FLAG to Win. This also unlocks the ??? area.
1: The Lake
I use the convention that FLAG means the object and Flag means the text.

Lake-1: Icy Waters
1. Break "Baba Is You And Sink" by pushing "Sink" down one.
2. Push "Wall" into the JELLY which is two left of the FLAG.
Notes: This introduces "And" and shows you that text can Sink.

Lake-2: Turns
1. Form "Star Is Sink And Push".
2. Push the STAR into the SKULL to remove both.
3. Form "Crab And Baba Is You".
4. Move the CRAB onto the FLAG.
Notes: More than one object can be You at the same time.

Lake-3: Affection
1. Form "Love Is Move".
2. Break "Love Is Move" when LOVE is clear of the ALGAE.
3. Move BABA onto LOVE.
Notes: Introduction to "Move".

Lake-4: Pillar Yard
1. Form a row of three PILLARs and push them right until the rightmost PILLAR is on top of the FLAG.
2. Form "Pillar Is You".

Lake-5: Brick Wall
1. Form "Baba Is Win" vertically.

Lake-6: Lock
1. Push the KEY into the DOOR.
2. Push the KEY into the DOOR.
3. Form "Rock Is Open" and "Rock Is Push".
4. Push the ROCK into the DOOR.
Notes: Introduces "Open" and "Shut".

Lake-7: Novice Locksmith
1. Form "Key Is Open" vertically and "Key Is Push" horizontally.
2. Push the KEY into the DOOR.
3. Form "Door Is Key".
Notes: This shows that you can transform one object into another.

Lake-8: Locked In
1. Break "Wall Is Stop".
2. Break "Jelly Is Stop".
3. Form "Wall Is Jelly".
4. Form "Jelly Is Win".

Lake-9: Changeless
1. Break "Rock Is Rock".
2. Form "Rock Is Flag".
Notes: "Rock Is Rock" overrides "Rock Is Flag".

Lake-10: Two Doors
1. Form "Door Is Keke".
2. Form "Key Is Shut" horizontally.
3. Form "Flag Is Win".
Notes: The same object can be both Open and Shut at the same time.

Lake-11: Jelly Throne
1. Break "Flag Is Push".
2. Form "Jelly Is Baba".
3. Break "Flag Is Stop".
4. Form "Flag Is Win".

Lake-12: Crab Storage
1. Form "Flag Is Open" vertically.
2. Push the FLAG into the DOOR.
3. Form "Baba Is Baba" vertically.
4. Form "Crab Is Win".
Notes: "Baba Is Baba" prevents "Baba Is Crab" from being formed.

Lake-13: Burglary
1. Form "Wall Is Shut" vertically.
2. Form "Star Is Open" vertically.
3. Push the STAR into an outer WALL.
4. Break "Key Is Defeat".
5. Form "Key Is Win".
Notes: If an object is Defeat and Win, then Defeat acts first.

Lake-Extra 1: Submerged Ruins
1. Push the ROCK to one left of "Crab".
2. Break "Rock Is Push".
3. Form "Rock Is You" vertically while retaining "Baba Is You".
4. Get BABA past the CRABs before "Crab Is Defeat", then use the ROCK to form "Crab Is Defeat" and "Flag Is Win".

Lake-Extra 2: Sunken Temple
1. Push the ROCK and JELLY two right, to form "Crab Is Defeat" and "Flag Is Win".
2. Break "Rock Is Push".
3. Break "Baba Is You" by forming "Rock Is You".
4. Form "Baba Is Push".
5. Push BABA on top of CRAB.
6. Form "Baba Is Push" vertically, with "Push" one left of CRAB.
7. Push "Push" one right.
8. Break "Rock Is You" by forming "Baba Is You".
2: Solitary Island
I use the convention that FLAG means the object and Flag means the text.

Island-0: Poem
1. Push the "Is" column down two.
2. Push "Violet" left one.
3. Push "Rose" one below "Baba".
4. Push "Red" down one, and move onto BABA.

Island-1: Float
1. Replace "Baba Is You" with "Rock Is You" and move onto the FLAG.
Notes: Introduces Float.

Island-2: Warm River
1. Form "Water Is Hot And Float" and move onto the FLAG.

Island-3: Bridge Building
1. Form "Rock Is You" vertically.
2. Break "Rock Is You" when the ROCKs are out in the open.
3. Form "Rock Is Push".
4. Use the ROCKs to get a clear path through the WATER and then move onto the FLAG.

Island-4: Bridge Building?
1. Use any two text blocks from "Rock Is Push" to clear a path through the WATER, and then move onto the FLAG.

Island-5: Victory Spring
1. Use one COG to remove the WATER one left of "Win", and use the other COG to remove the WATER one right of "Win".
2. Push "Text Is Float" right until "Text" is on top of the middle WATER and the rest of the text blocks are not on top of WATER.
3. Break "Text Is Float" by pushing "Float" one up.
4. Form "Baba Is Win" vertically.

Island-6: Assembly Team
1. Get one ROBOT to push "Baba" against the left PIPE, and use "Baba" to desynchronise the ROBOTs.
2. Use one ROBOT to clear a path through the WATER.
3. Form "Baba Is You", then move BABA onto the FLAG.

Island-7: Catch The Thief!
1. Move "Baba Is You" down before the ROBOT breaks it.
2. Break "Robot Is Move" when the ROBOT is in the area left of the SKULLs.
3. Form "Robot Is You" horizontally, and use the ROBOT to push "Win" up two.
4. Keeping the ROBOT and BABA alive, replace "Baba Is You" with "Baba Is Win".

Island-8: Tiny Pond
1. Form "Key Is Flag".
2. Form "Flag Is You And Open".
3. Use one FLAG to remove the WATER one down one right of "Win".
4. Form "Baba Is Win" and move onto BABA.

Island-9: Research Facility
1. Push the BOLT to three right of KEKE, facing right.
2. Break "Bolt Is Push".
3. Form "Bolt Is Move" horizontally, with "Bolt" two below the BOLT.
4. Move BABA left until you form "Skull Is Defeat".
5. Wait until the BOLT breaks "Skull Is Defeat", then move BABA down to extract the "Win" block.
6. Wait until the BOLT is back in the starting area, then break "Bolt Is Move".
7. Form "Bolt Is Win" and move onto the BOLT.

Island-10: Wireless Connection
1. Form "Cog Is Robot".
2. Place "And" one left of the BOG and in the same row as "Baba Is You".
3. Place one "Is" one left of the BOG and in the same row as "Flag Is Flag".
4. Push one ROBOT one left of the "And", facing right.
5. Push the other ROBOT one left of the "Is" in step 3, facing right.
6. Form "Robot Is Move".
7. Break "Robot Is Move" at a time such that "Flag And Rock Is Win" is formed, and move onto the FLAG.

Island-11: Prison
1. Form "Keke Is Push" vertically.
2. Push KEKE to one above "Wall".
3. Break "Keke Is Push".
4. Push "Wall Is Stop" up one, so that "Wall" is overlapping KEKE.
5. Replace "Baba Is You" with "Keke Is You".
6. Move down one to break "Wall Is Stop".
7. Form "Baba Is Win" and move onto BABA.

Island-Extra 1: Boiling River
1. Form "Baba Is Melt And You" horizontally.
2. Form "Baba Is Float" horizontally.
3. Push "Baba Is Float" to the right of the WATER and move BABA to the right of the WATER.
4. Break "Baba Is Float" and move onto the FLAG.

Island-Extra 2: ...Bridges?
1. Break "Rock Is Push".
2. Form "Rock Is You" vertically.
3. Break "Baba Is You".
4. Form "Rock Is Win" horizontally.

Island-Extra 3: Tiny Isle
1. Form "Key Is Flag" horizontally.
2. Form "Flag Is You And Open" vertically.
3. Use one FLAG to open the WATER two left of "Win".
4. Form "Baba Is Open And Win" horizontally, and move onto BABA.

Island-Extra 4: Dim Signal
1. Place "And" on BOG, in same row as Flag Is Flag.
2. Cog Is Push, place COG 1 left of And from step 1, COG facing right.
3. Cog Is Move, then break so Flag And Rock is formed.
4. Form "And Cog Stop" in same row as Pipe Is Stop, with "And Cog" both on BOG.
5. Robot Is Push, place ROBOT 1 left of "And Cog Stop", facing right.
6. Robot Is Move, break when ROBOT is back in starting area.
7. Place "Is" on BOG in same row as Bog Is Defeat.
8. Robot Is Push, place ROBOT 1 left of Is from step 7, facing right.
9. Robot Is Move, then break so Flag And Rock And Ice Is Win.

Island-Extra 5: Dungeon
1. Form "Keke Is You" vertically, retaining "Baba Is You".
2. Move BABA to one above "Wall" and KEKE to one below "Stop".
3. Move up one then down one, to break "Wall Is Stop".
4. Form "Keke Is Win".

Island-Extra 6: Evaporating River
1. Break "Water Is Sink".
2. One at a time, push "Water", "Is" and "Sink" to the right of the WATER.
3. Reform "Water Is Sink" horizontally, all to the right of the WATER.
4. Push "Water Is Sink" left until "Water" sinks.
5. Form "Cog Is Sink" vertically.
6. Push the COG into the leftmost SKULL.
7. Form "Flag Is Win" and move onto the FLAG.
3: Temple Ruins
I use the convention that FLAG means the object and Flag means the text.

Ruins-1: Fragility
1. Break "Baba Is Weak" and form "Skull Is Weak".
2. Use the ROCK to destroy the middle column of SKULLs.
3. Form "Rock Is Weak" and use BABA to destroy the ROCKs and move onto the FLAG.

Ruins-2: Tunnel Vision
1. Wait until BABA sinks and creates a ROCK.
2. Form "Rock Has Rock".
3. Keep pushing the ROCK right until you can move onto the FLAG.
Notes: Introduction to "Has".

Ruins-3: A Present For You
1. Replace "Love Is You" with "Box Is You".
2. Break "Water Is Hot" and break "Love Is Melt".
3. Replace "Box Is You" with "Love Is You".
4. Form "Love Is Hot" and "Box Is Melt" and move onto the BOX.

Ruins-4: Unreachable Shores
1. Replace "Keke Is You" with "Box Is You".
2. Push KEKE into the lone WATER.
3. Form "Box Has Box" vertically.
4. Move through the WATER and onto the FLAG.

Ruins-5: But Where's The Key
1. Form "Baba Has Box" vertically and "Box Is You" vertically and "Baba Is You And Weak" horizontally.
2. Destroy BABA to create a BOX which is now You.
3. Form "Box Has Key And Box" and "Box Is Weak".
4. Destroy the BOX to create a BOX and KEY.
5. Break "Box Is Weak".
6. Form "Key And Box Is You".
7. Use the KEY to open the DOOR, and move the BOX onto the FLAG.

Ruins-6: Love Is Out There
1. Push "Box Is Weak" all the way up.
2. Form "Box Has Key And Box" horizontally.
3. Form "Box Is Push" vertically.
4. Push the BOX into the DOOR.
5. Break "Box Is Push" and form "Key Is Push".
6. Use the KEYs to open the DOORs and then move BABA onto the LOVE.

Ruins-7: Perilous Gang
1. Push one GHOST one left of the isolated "Is", and push the second GHOST one below the first GHOST, both facing right.
2. Break "Ghost Is Push" and put "Push" one below the isolated "Is".
3. Form "Ghost Is Move" and then break it such that "Skull Is Push" is formed.
4. Push the SKULLs out of the way and then break "Skull Is Defeat".
5. Replace "Skull Is Push" with "Skull Is Win" and then move onto a SKULL.

Ruins-8: Double Moat
1. Push "Has" down until it is in the same row as "Move".
2. Push "Baba Is You" down two, so that "Baba" is in the same row as the DOOR.
3. Replace "Baba Is You" with "Keke Is You", by pushing "Baba" one left.
4. Replace "Keke Is You" with "Baba Is You" by pushing "Baba" one right. You should now have KEKE in the same row as the DOOR and facing right.
5. Push "Baba Is You" down two.
6. Form "Keke Has Baba" horizontally and "Keke Is Move" vertically.
7. Wait until a second BABA is created.
8. Break "Keke Is Move" by pushing "Is" one right.
9. Push "Keke" up one.
10. Move down two, right one, then push "Has" and "Is" up one.
11. Move down one, left two, up three, then push "Keke Has" right two.
12. Move up one, right two, down one, to form "Baba Has".
13. Move up one, left two, down one, right two, up one, right one, down one, to form "Baba Has Keke".
14. Move the BABAs down to get them in the same row as each other. The leftmost BABA should be in the same column as "Keke".
15. Move right one, then up until the rightmost BABA is next to the gap in the WALL.
16. Move left until the rightmost BABA creates a KEKE.
17. Form "Keke Is Move" and break this when KEKE is in the FLAG area.
18. Form "Keke Is Baba" then move BABA onto the FLAG.

Ruins-9: Walls Of Gold
1. Form "Wall Is Rock".
2. Form "Rock Is Win" and "Rock Is You".

Ruins-Extra 1: Further Fields
1. Move up two to break "Baba Is Move".
2. Move "Keke Is You" down two.
3. Form "Baba Is Push" vertically, next to "Keke Is You" and one column left of "Keke Is You".
4. Push the first BABA four left of "Baba", facing right.
5. Push the second BABA one below the first BABA, facing right.
6. Push the third BABA one left, one down from the second BABA, facing right.
7. Put "Move" one left of "Push".
8. Push "Move" one right, to break "Keke Is You" and form "Baba Is Move" and "Keke Is Push".
9. Wait until "Keke Is You" is reformed and then move KEKE onto the FLAG.

4a: Forest Of Fall - Regular levels
I use the convention that FLAG means the object and Flag means the text.

Fall-1: Hop
1. Push "Push" into the left LOVE.
2. Move into the left LOVE.
3. Push "Push" away from the right LOVE.
4. Form "Love Is Push" and push the right LOVE onto the WATER that is one above the FLAG.
5. Form "Love Is Tele".
6. Wait until there is a clear path to the FLAG and then move onto the FLAG.
Notes: Introduces "Tele".

Fall-2: Grand Stream
1. Move two left.
2. Move down and then break "Key Is Pull".
3. Push "Key Is" one left.
4. Break "Keke Is Move" and form "Keke Is Pull".
5. Pull KEKE until KEKE is in the same row as the KEY and KEKE is facing right.
6. Form "Key Is Pull" and "Keke Is Move".
7. Wait until KEKE pulls the KEY to the left of the WATER and then break "Keke Is Move".
8. Pull the KEY onto the BOX and then move onto the FLAG.
Notes: Introduces "Pull".

Fall-3: Rocky Road
1. Push LOVE two left, to break "Love Is Push".
2. Push "Push" one right, so that "Push" is teleported between the LOVEs.
3. Move BABA onto the left LOVE when "Push" is on the right LOVE, to get BABA to the right of the ROCKS.
4. On every other turn, use BABA to push the right LOVE down until BABA can move onto the FLAG.

Fall-4: Telephone
1. Form "Ice Is Tele".
2. Move BABA onto the ICE and break "Key Is Push".
3. Form "Ice Is Baba Is You" and "Baba Is Tele".
4. Teleport the KEY to the BABA in the DOOR area when that BABA is not at the edge of that area, then break "Baba Is Tele".
5. Reform "Key Is Push", push the KEY onto the DOOR and move BABA onto the FLAG.

Fall-5: Haunt
1. Replace "Ghost Is Tele" with "Ghost Is Push".
2. Push one GHOST to one right of "Defeat" and push the other GHOST to one left of "Leaf".
3. Replace "Baba Is You" with "Ghost Is You".
4. Move right then left, to break "Leaf Is Defeat".
5. Replace "Ghost Is You" with "Baba Is You".
6. Form "Ghost Is Push".
7. Push one GHOST to one right of the "Is" in "Leaf Is".
8. Push the other GHOST to one above "Win".
9. Replace "Ghost Is Push" with "Ghost Is Tele".
10. Push "Leaf Is" one right, so that "Is" is teleported to form "Love Is Win".
11. Break "Ghost Is Tele" when "Love Is Win" is formed, then move BABA onto the LOVE.

Fall-6: Crate Square
1. Form a row of all four BOXES, with the rightmost BOX one left of the FLAG.
2. Move to one right of "Win" and then move one left. This forms "Water Is Hot", "Brick Is Defeat" and "Flag Is Win And Pull".
3. Pull each BOX down one, one at a time, then pull the FLAG away from the BRICK.
4. Pull the BOXES out of the way, then push "And" left one (to break "Flag Is Pull"), then move onto the FLAG.

Fall-7: Ghost Friend
1. Pull the GHOST one left so that it is facing left.
2. Form "Baba Is Pull" and "Ghost Is Move" and let the GHOST pull BABA to near the isolated "Flag" text.
3. Use BABA to form "Flag Is Win".

Fall-8: Ghost Guard
1. Move BABA onto the LEAF.
2. Form "Rock Is Leaf" vertically.
3. Form "Rock Is Leaf Is Tele" vertically, and "Leaf Is Push" horizontally, such that "Push" overlaps the LEAF.
4. Push "Push/LEAF" up one, to break "Leaf Is Push".
5. Push "Push" down one, to teleport BABA back to the starting area and form "Leaf Is Push".
6. Push one LEAF into the FOLIAGE to remove both.
7. Push the other LEAF onto the KEY.
8. Push the LEAF every other turn (when the KEY is not on the LEAF you are pushing) until it is next to the GHOST.
9. When the KEY is on the LEAF next to the GHOST, push that LEAF away, and then push the GHOST onto the KEY.

Fall-9: Leaf Chamber
1. Form "Leaf Is Pull".
2. Pull the first LEAF to three below the "Is" in "Hedge Is Stop", facing right.
3. Pull the second LEAF to one below the first LEAF, facing right.
4. Form "Leaf Is Move", and break this so that the LEAVES end up directly below the FUNGUS.
5. Form "Leaf Is Pull" and pull the LEAVES down one.
6. Form "Leaf Is Move" (retaining "Leaf Is Pull") and break "Leaf Is Move" when the FUNGUS is one below the FOLIAGE and with HEDGE to its left and right.
7. Form "Leaf Is Push" and push the bottom LEAF to two below "Hedge", then push that LEAF one left. That LEAF should end up in the corner, facing left.
8. Form "Leaf Is Pull" and "Leaf Is Move", and break "Leaf Is Move" such that the FUNGUS ends up two below "Hedge".
9. Pull the FUNGUS out into the open.
10. Form "Key Is Pull" and pull the KEY out into the open.
11. Form "Key Is Push" and push the KEY onto the FUNGUS.

Fall-10: Not There
1. Form "Fence Is Not Stop" vertically. This overrides "Fence Is Stop".
2. Form "Fence Is Win" and move onto the FENCE.
Notes: Introduces "Not".

Fall-11: Catch
1. Form "Rock Is Push" and push one ROCK into the WATER three above BABA.
2. Form "Not Rock Is Push", and push the WATER that is directly above BABA down then right, so that the WATER ends up one above the "Is" in "Baba Is".
3. Push the other WATER out of the way and then form "Rock Is Push".
4. Use the ROCK to get rid of the WATER two left of BABA.
5. Form "Not Baba Is", then "Not Baba Is Not You", then move onto the FLAG.

Fall-12: Dead End
1. Form "Box Is Not Not Push".
2. Use the BOXES to create a path to ME, and then move onto ME.
4b: Forest Of Fall - Extra levels

Fall-Extra 1: Jump
1. Push "Push" onto the left LOVE.
2. Use BABA to push "Push" away from the right LOVE.
3. Form "Love Is Push" and push the right LOVE into the WATER, a few rows up or down from the left LOVE.
4. Form "Love Is Tele". This teleports the WATER between the LOVES.
5. When the WATER is on the left LOVE, replace "Love Is Tele" with "Love Is Push".
6. Push the LOVE that is not on the WATER to one above the FLAG, and use "Tele" to push the other LOVE away from the WATER.
7. Form "Love Is Tele", move onto a LOVE and move onto the FLAG at the right time.

Fall-Extra 2: Even Less There
1. Form "Fence Is Not Stop" and bring "Win" into the starting area.
2. Push "Baba Is You" right until "You" is next to the FENCE, then form "Fence Is Not Stop".

1. Form "Text Has Baba" and push "Keke" into the middle WATER.

Forest-11: Supermarket
1. Push "Belt Is" onto the right BELTS to form "Belt Is Up".
2. Push "Belt Is Up" into the starting area.
3. Form "Belt Is Right".
4. On the lowest set of central BELTS, push the ROCK onto the left BELT and push "Right" one right of the ROCK.
5. Form "Belt Is Up" next to the leftmost BELTS and then move into the FLAG area before "Belt Is Wall" is formed.
6. Wait until "Flag Is Win" is formed and then move onto the FLAG.

Forest-12: Lock The Door
1. Break "Belt Is Shift" and break "Bug Is Push".
2. Form "Baba Is Shift" and shift the BELT left one.
3. Move up onto the BUG and then move right.
4. Move left to shift the BUG into the main area.
5. Shift the BUG to be three right of "You", facing right.

4. Use the isolated WALL to destroy the middle BOX of the bottom row of BOXES, leaving eight BOXES.
5. Form "Bug Is Defeat And Weak" without destroying any BOXES.
6. Move the BOXES left until "Has" is one left of the top left BOX, then move left. This leaves six BOXES and forms a clear path back to the starting area.

4. Entering from the top, push "Is" down, form "Baba Is Win" and move onto BABA.

Forest-Extra 2: Skull House
1. Form "Rock Is Baba" horizontally and "Rock Is Key" vertically, pushing "Rock" into place last. This turns the ROCK into a BABA and a KEY.
2. Form "Key Is Push" and push the KEY into the DOOR, taking care not to overlap the BABAS.
3. Use one BABA to remove the WATER and move the other BABA onto the FLAG.

Forest-A: Nearly
1. Break "Baba Is Swap" and then move onto the FLAG.

2. Form "Hand Is Push", then push the HAND to be one right of the second piece of WALL, facing right.
3. Form "Hand On Wall Is You" vertically (retaining "Baba Is You") and "Hand Is Move" horizontally.
4. Move BABA into the DOOR area (i.e. right of the LAVA) before the HAND activates "Lava Is Defeat".

2. Form "Baba Is Push" horizontally, using the "Is" from "Not Rock Is Not You".

1. Form "Keke Is Push" and push KEKE up as far as possible.

To achieve "Level Is Text" (which is necessary to progress further in Depths):
1. Push the "Is" in "Belt Is Shift" up one space, so "Is" is on top of the SKULL.
2. Push the "Is" in the vertical "Is Push" right one space.
3. Push the "Push" up one space. This will enable you to extract the other "Is".
4. Form "Text Is Weak".
5. Destroy the "Is" near "Push" so that you can extract the "Push".
6. Form "Belt Is Push" vertically, with "Belt" on top of the middle SKULL of the row of five.
7. Push the BELT until it is one space below "Is" and then reform "Belt Is Push". You should now have the BELT overlapping with the "Push".
8. Push "Weak" right two spaces so that it is blocking the vertical corridor.
9. Form "Belt Is Text" vertically, to create an overlapping "Belt/Push" text block.
10. Push "Belt/Push" on top of the SKULL which is second from the left in the row of five, i.e. directly below "Weak".
11. Form "Text Is Shift" horizontally, with "Text" one space below "Belt".
12. Wait several turns until "Belt/Push" and "Weak" are out of the way at the top of the level.
13. Break "Skull Facing Keke Is Move".

Depths-4: Collaborative Effort
To access this level, first turn Depths-3 into Text. Then form "Baba Is Level" and push the KEY into the DOOR.

2. Break "Keke Is You" and form "Baba Is You" such that the bottom KEKE ends up on top of the LAVA, and "Skull" is one space right of the LAVA.
3. Form "Skull Is Pull" and pull the SKULLs right and then up as necessary to move them out of the way.
4. Break "Skull Is Defeat" and form "Skull Is Sink".
5. Form "Text Is Pull" and get both BABAs to the left of "Keke Is You" and "Baba Is You" via pulling/pushing techniques, switching between controlling BABA and KEKE as necessary.
6. Move one BABA into the SKULL and move the second BABA onto the FLAG.

Depths-5: Living Lands

Meta-3: Booby Trap
To Win: Touch the FLAG.

To form "Level Is Baba":
1. Push "Win" one right of the BELT.
2. Form "Text Is Shift" and use a spare text box to shift the FLAG into the same row as the LAVA. The FLAG should be facing right (i.e. last push should be to the right) and should be one up and two left of the GHOST with its back to us.
3. Break "Text Is Shift" and push "Is" on top of the FLAG, with the last push being to the right. This creates an overlapping FLAG/Is.
4. Form "Text Is Shift" and "Flag Is Shift" at the same time. You can get the extra "Is" by breaking "Belt Is Belt". Take care not to separately form "Text Is Shift" or "Flag Is Shift" before both are formed (because you don't want to separate the overlapping FLAG/Is at this point) - the last move should be to push the "Shift" into place.
5. Break "Flag Is Shift" when the overlapping FLAG/Is is two left of the LAVA. You should end up with the FLAG on top of the LAVA and the "Is" one left of the LAVA. This will stop that LAVA from spreading later on.
6. Use the other five text boxes to stop the top left LAVA from spreading.
7. Form "Lava Is More And Defeat And Stop".
8. Form "Level Is Baba".

To form "Level Is Flag/Belt":
1. Push "Win" one right of the BELT.
2. Retrieve "Shift" and form "Text Is Shift" in the starting area.
3. Use the "Is" in the horizontal "Belt Is" to shift the BELT (object) into the starting area.
4. Shift the BELT (object) into the same row as the LAVA, facing right.
5. Break "Text Is Shift" and push "Flag" (text) onto the BELT, facing right.
6. Form "Belt Is Text" horizontally, to get an overlapping "Belt/Flag" text box.
7. Push "Text" up one then left one.
8. Form "Text Is Shift" horizontally.
9. Break "Text Is Shift" such that "Belt/Flag" ends up in the same column as "Level".
10. Form "Level Is Belt/Flag".

Meta-4: Canister
How to access: Turn Meta-3 into BABA.
How to Win:
1. Form "Belt Is Shift" horizontally, with "Shift" on top of the BELT.
2. Form "Is Shift" vertically, with both on top of the BELT.
3. Form "Belt Is Word" horizontally.
4. Form "Rocket Is Shift" vertically.
5. Push "Belt Is Word" into the ROCKET to get all of those text boxes away from the PIPE, and then move BABA onto the ROCKET.
6. Form "Is Shift" horizontally next to the BELT, with "Shift" one left and two down from "Rocket".
7. Form "Belt Is Word" horizontally, with "Belt" on the BELT.
8. Form "Skull Is Shift" vertically.
9. Push "Belt" onto the top SKULL and wait for "Flag Is Win" and "Belt Is Flag" to be formed.

Meta-5: Avalanche
How to Win:
1. Form "Not Baba Is Level", which will (in particular) turn the CLIFFs into LEVELs.
2. Form "Level Not On Baba Is Fall", which will give you access to "Win".
3. Form "Level Is Win".

Meta-6: One-Way Entrance
1. Break "Keke Is Fall" and form "Keke Is Push".
2. Push KEKE to be on top of the SKULL that is two left and one up from the ICE.
3. Form "Keke Is Push" vertically, with "Push" one above KEKE.
4. Push "Keke Is Push" down one, so that KEKE is two left of ICE.
5. Push KEKE right one, to be one left of ICE.
6. Push "Keke Is Push" down one, so that "Push" is one left of KEKE.
7. Push "Fall" to be one left of the "Is" in "Keke Is Push".
8. Use the spare "Keke" to push "Fall" down one, to be one left of "Push".
9. Push "Fall" right one when ROCK is one right of ICE, to make KEKE fall to near the FLAG.
10. Push "Push" left one, to break "Keke Is Fall" and form "Keke Is Push".
11. Push KEKE to be on top of FLAG.
12. Push "Push" left one, to break "Keke Is Push", then move onto FLAG/KEKE.

Meta-7: Bramblevine
How to access:
1. Turn Meta-3 into BELT/FLAG.
2. Turn Meta-5 into BABA.
3. On the Meta world map, use BABA to push the FLAG into the DOOR nearest to Meta-6.

How to Win:
1. Put one ROCK (object) eight spaces below ME (object).
2. Move to one up one left of the HEDGE, and then go left five, up three. The growth of the HEDGE should have stopped at this point.
3. Put the other two ROCKs in the same row as each other and next to each other. The rightmost ROCK should be six spaces left of "Flag".
4. Form "Is Push" vertically, with "Push" being three spaces above the "Me" at the bottom.
5. Put "Rock" (text) on top of the rightmost ROCK (object).
6. Move to one right of the isolated ROCK (object).
7. Move up two, right six, to form "Rock Is Push".
8. Move up one, then right, and form "Me Is Move".
9. Wait for ME (object) to open the DOOR, and then touch the FLAG.

Meta-8: Mutual Feelings
How to Win:
1. Simply touch the FLAG.

How to form "Level Is Baba/Flag":
1. Push BABA (object) two above the "Love" in "Love Is Tele".
2. Form "Baba Is Love" vertically.
3. Form "Flag Is Push", and push the FLAG two down one left of "Level".
4. Form "Flag Is Love" vertically when "Baba Is Love" is not active.
5. Wait until "Baba/Flag" overlap on the LOVE (object) near "Level Is". When they do, push "Baba/Flag" one right, to form "Level Is Baba/Flag".
14b: Meta - Levels 9-16
I use the convention that FLAG means the object and Flag means the text.

Meta-9: Delicate Stars
How to access:
1. Form "Level Is Belt/Flag" in Meta-3.
2. Form "Level Is Baba" in Meta-5.
3. Form "Level Is Baba/Flag" in Meta-8.
4. On the Meta world map, use the BABA from Meta-8 to push the FLAG from Meta-8 into the DOOR near "Level Is Level".
5. Use the BABA from Meta-5 to push the FLAG from Meta-3 into the top DOOR.
6. Form "Level Is Push".
7. Push Meta-4 and Meta-6 into the WATER.
Note that you may have to do some moving around to get the CURSOR in the right place to be able to select Meta-9.

How to Win:
1. Form "Star On Me Is Pull" and "Box Is Push".
2. Approach the left STAR from above, activating "Fire Is Defeat".
3. Move ME (object) onto the left STAR and push the BOX as far down as possible.
4. Form "Star Is Push" and use the left STAR to open the left DOOR.
5. Break "Water Is Sink".
6. Form "Box On Me Is Push" and "Star Is Pull".
7. Move ME (object) onto the right BOX and then move down as far as possible.
8. Form "Star Is Push" and use the STAR to open the right DOOR.
9. Form "Me Is Win".

Meta-10: Just No
How to Win: Form "Level Is Not(x8) Win".
To achieve "Level Is Baba":
1. Form "Level Is Not(x8)", with a single "Not" left over.
2. Push "Win" one right of "You".
3. Move the spare "Not" to form "Not Baba Is You".
4. Use the rightmost ROCK to push the "Not" in "Not Baba Is You" up one. You should now have "Not" on top of BABA (object).
5. Push the spare "Not" down one, to reform "Not Baba Is You", with "Not" on top of the rightmost ROCK.
6. Move right one, to have the rightmost ROCK between "Not" and "Baba".
7. Push "Not" right one, to reform "Not Baba Is You".
8. Keeping moving right until "Win" is at the right edge of the level.
9. Keep moving right until you can form a row of all three ROCKs.
10. Use the three ROCKs to push "Baba Is You" up, and use BABA to push up "Not", until "Baba Is You" is in the same row as "Level".
11. Push "Baba Is You" left until you form "Level Is Not(x8) Baba Is You".

Meta-11: Acrobatics
How to access:
1. Use the Meta-8 BABA to push the Meta-8 FLAG into the DOOR between the Meta-4 and Meta-7 areas.
2. Use the Meta-5 BABA to push the Meta-3 FLAG into the DOOR between the Meta-4 and Meta-9 areas.
3. Sacrifice the Meta-5 and Meta-8 BABAs in the WATER.
4. Form "Cursor Is Flag".
5. Form "Flag Is Push And Open".
6. Push the FLAG into the DOOR between the Meta-9 and Meta-11 areas.
7. Form "Flag Is Cursor".

How to Win:
1. Form "Keke Is Push" vertically, by pushing "Push" right to replace "Hot".
2. Push "Keke" right one, then "Is" right one, then "Push" right one. You should now have "Is" on top of KEKE (object) and "Keke Is Push".
3. Push "Is" right one, then "Push" right one, then "Keke" right one.
4. Repeat step 3 until "Keke" is one below the ICE.
5. Push "Keke Is Push" up until KEKE (object) is on top of the ICE.
6. Break "Keke Is Push" by forming "Keke Is Hot". This destroys the ICE and KEKE.

Meta-12: Tangle
How to Win:
Break "Flag Is Win and Push" by pushing "And" up one, then touch the FLAG.

Level Is Flag:
1. Form "Lava Is Float".
2. Push "Melt" one right, to form "Level Is Melt" and "Water Is Sink".
3. Form "Level Is Melt And Flag".

Level Is Baba:
1. Push the FLAG on top of the WATER.
2. Form "Lava Is Float".
3. Push "Melt" one right, to form "Level Is Melt" and "Water Is Sink".
4. Form "Level Is Melt And Baba".

Meta-13: The Box
1. Form "Level Is Flag" on Meta-12: Tangle.
2. Form "Rock Is Push".
3. Break "Rock Is Defeat".
4. Form "Level Near Rock Is Push".
5. Break "Rock Is Push" by pushing "Rock" up one.
6. Form "Level Near Flag Is Win".

Meta-14: Queue
How to access: You need to be able to form "Cursor Is Ghost" and then "Ghost Is Cursor" on the Meta world map to get the CURSOR into a position to be able to select Meta-12. I only ended up accessing Meta-12 after completing Meta-14 and Meta-15. I appreciate that is a little vague, so please let me know if you want a more detailed explanation.
How to Win:
1. Push one ICE block one space above KEKE (object).
2. Form "Ice Near Keke Is Float" and "Ice Is Tele" at the same time.
3. Put "Keke" (text) on top of the non-floating ICE block.
4. Put the "I" on top of the floating ICE, to get "I" and "Keke" on top of each other.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 but now with "Is" and "S".
6. Form "Baba IS Push" and "Keke Is Push" at the same time, using the overlapping text.
7. Push BABA and KEKE down out of the way and touch the FLAG to Win.

Meta-15: Breaking And Entering
How to Win:
1. Push the ROCK right two, into the WATER.
2. Push "Rock" into the WATER to the right of the FLAG.
3. Form "Text Has FLAG".
4. Push "Is" into the WATER to create a second FLAG.
5. Form "FLAG Is Push".
6. Break "Text Has FLAG" and reform it at the same time as pushing "Text" into the WATER, so that "Text" turns into a third FLAG.
7. Form "FLAG Has FLAG" and "FLAG Is Push".
8. Use one FLAG to open all DOORs.
9. Push one FLAG to one below "Win".
10. Break "FLAG Is Push" and push "Win" down three.
11. Form "FLAG Is Win" vertically.

To form "Level Is Text", follows steps 1-2 above, then use "Has" to destroy the WATER right of "Level Is", then form "Level Is Text".

Meta-16: The Return Of Scenic Pond
1. Form "Text Has Baba Is You" and push "Keke" into the WATER at the top. This creates a second BABA.
2. Form "Baba Is You" horizontally such that the "Is" is five below "Win".
3. Put the "Has" below "Baba".
4. Form "Baba Has Text" by pushing "Text" one right at a time when BABA is one below "Has". This defeats one BABA and creates a "Baba/Text" block.
5. Alternate between "Baba Has Baba/Text" and "Baba/Text Has Baba" until you have generated three BABAs using the top WATER.
6. Form "Baba Has Baba/Text" and move one BABA into the WATER near "Is Float". This forms "Baba Is Float".
7. Form "Flag Is Win".
8. Break up "Baba Is Float" using two BABAs, one at either end. You can now touch the FLAG to Win.
14c: Meta - Extra/Secret levels
I use the convention that FLAG means the object and Flag means the text.

Meta world map
How to Win:
1. Form "Level Is Text" in Meta-15.
2. Form "Level Is Baba" in Meta-12.
3. Form "Cursor Is Ghost" when the CURSOR is in the Meta-15 area.
4. Use the GHOST to push "Level" up four.
5. Form "Ghost Is Cursor" when the CURSOR is able to be on the LINE near Meta-14.
6. Form "Cursor Is Ghost" such that when the GHOST moves one up, it is one left of "Level".
7. Push "Level" to form "Level Is Win".

Meta-Extra 1: Hidden Path
How to access:
1. Form "Level Is Baba" in Meta-3.
2. Form "Level Is Baba" in Meta-5.
3. Form "Level Is Baba/Flag" in Meta-8.
4. Push the FLAG from Meta-8 into the DOOR between Meta-4 and Meta-7.
5. Move all three BABAs to just below "Baba Is You" and then push this up three.

How to Win:
1. Put "Is" one left of the leftmost SKULL in the row of four.
2. Form "Level Is Shift" and "Rock Is Empty".
3. Move left one, up one, left three, up two, left six.

Meta-Extra 2: Triplets
1. Use all three BABAs to move "Baba Is You" up until it is in the same row as the ROCK.
2. Pull ROCK to one left of the "Baba" in "Baba Is You".
3. Form "Baba Is Word" vertically.
4. Push "Baba Is Word" down one, then move right until "BABA Is You" and "BABA Is Float" are formed.
5. Navigate one BABA to the ICE.
6. Use the isolated WALL piece at the bottom to align timings so that you can form "BABA Is Hot" at the same time as another BABA is on top of the ICE.

Meta-Extra 3: Power Generator
1. Form "Baba Is Move" vertically, using "Push" to help.
2. Break "Baba Near Empty Is Sink".
3. Form "Empty Near Baba Is Push".
4. Form "Baba Is You And Win".

Meta-Secret: Another Way
How to access:
1. Form "Level Is Text" in Meta-3 (see below for how to do this).
2. Form "Level Is Baba/Flag" in Meta-8.
3. Form "Level Is Baba" in Meta-12.
4. Use the Meta-8 BABA to push the Meta-8 FLAG into the DOOR between Meta-6 and Meta-7.
5. Form "Flag Is Level".

How to form "Level Is Text" in Meta-3:

5. Move through the right ICE and push "Is" left, then "Push" left, to eventually form "Rock Is Push" horizontally.
6. Form "Rock Is Weak" and destroy the ROCK near "Flag Is".
7. Form "Skull Is Box".

Meta-Secret: A Prize Well Earned
How to access:
1. Form "Level Is Baba" in Meta-12.
2. Form "Cursor Is Ghost" when the CURSOR is on Meta-13.
3. Form "Ghost Is Cursor" when the GHOST is next to the white flower in the bottom right of the Meta world map.

How to Win:
1. Form Baba Is You and Orb Is You.
2. Form Orb Is Bonus (retaining Baba Is You), then form Baba Is Win (retaining Baba Is You).
14d: Meta-Secret: Whoa
I use the convention that FLAG means the object and "Flag" means the text.

Meta-Secret: Whoa
This is the secret level that was released on 1 July 2019.

How to access:
1. Form "Level Is Flag/Text" in Meta-3: Booby Trap.
To achieve step 1:
1a. Enter Meta-3 and push "Win" one right of the BELT.
1b. Form "Text Is Shift" horizontally in the starting area, with "Shift" three below the top right LAVA, in the same column as the BELT.
1c. Push the "Is" in "Belt Is" up one, then break "Belt Is Belt".
1d. Use the "Is" from step 1c to shift the BELT into the starting area.
1e. Push "Flag" to be two below "Text".
1f. Move/Break/Form "Text Is Shift" as necessary until the BELT is one above "Text" and the FLAG is one below "Flag", with "Text Is Shift" as per step 1b and "Flag" as per step 1e.
1g. Break "Text Is Shift" by pushing "Shift" down one.
1h. Push one spare "Is" onto the FLAG, facing up (so the last move is to push that "Is" up one).
1i. Push the other spare "Is" onto the BELT, facing down (so the last move is to push that "Is" down one.
1j. Reform "Text Is Shift", then wait one turn. You should now have overlapping "Flag/Text".
1k. Form "Is Shift Is Is" horizontally, with the rightmost "Is" one up one left of the leftmost GHOST.
1l. Form "Flag/Text Is Shift Is Is" horizontally, by pushing "Flag/Text" into place such that it is facing right.
1m. Wait several turns until "Flag/Text" is in the same column as "Level", then form "Level Is Flag/Text".

2. Turn Meta-5 into BABA, Meta-8 into BABA/FLAG, Meta-10 into BABA and Meta-14 into BABA.
3. Use the Meta-8 BABA to push the "Is" from "Flag Is Push And Open" down one.
4. Use the Meta-5 BABA to push the "Level" from Meta-3 up one, to separate the "Level" and FLAG from Meta-3.
5. Reform "Flag Is Push And Open".
6. Use the Meta-8 BABA to push the Meta-8 FLAG into the DOOR between the Meta-4 and Meta-7 areas.
7. Use the Meta-5 BABA to push the Meta-3 FLAG into the DOOR between the Meta-4 and Meta-9 areas.
8. Repeat step 3 to break "Flag Is Push And Open", so that the FLAG near Meta-11 is not accidentally made inaccessible.

10. Get the CURSOR onto the Meta-8 BABA.
11. Use the Meta-8 BABA to push "Level" to form "Cursor Is Level", then break it.
12. Use the Meta-8 BABA to push "Flag" to form "Flag Is Cursor".
13. Get the CURSOR onto the Meta-14 BABA.
14. Carefully move the BABAS until they are in the same row as each other, with the Meta-14 BABA one right of the DOOR between the Meta-9 and Meta-11 areas, and the Meta-8 BABA three right of the Meta-14 BABA (in the alcove at the bottom left of the Meta-4 area.
15. Move right three, to transfer the CURSOR from the Meta-14 BABA to the Meta-8 BABA.
16. Move the Meta-8 BABA over to the new secret level, and then move the CURSOR onto it to select it.

How to Win:
1. When the CURSOR is one up one left of "Sink", form "Cursor Is Baba".
2. Move down one then right two, to bring "Sink" out into the open.
3. Form "Baba Is Sink" and "Baba Has Cursor".
4. Move around until both BABAS are either side of "Push" (one left and one right of "Push"), with "Push" four above "Line".
5. Move right until the rightmost BABA sinks "Push" and creates a CURSOR.
6. Move right again to get the CURSOR onto the LINE above the isolated "Is".
7. Break "Baba Is Sink" and form "Cursor Is Baba" when the CURSOR is in the middle of the LINE just above the isolated "Is".
8. Move the BABA on the LINE right then down, to form "Is You" horizontally.
9. Form "Cursor Is You" horizontally.
10. Form "Baba Is Cursor" vertically.
11. Move CURSOR onto the FLAG.

Thanks for guide. it's great that when you stuck on the level you can here at least see if you're doing beggining correctly. I've got 100% achievements but there were some levels that are really hard to do without hints like Meta 16: Return of Scenic Pond or Depths Extra 2: Parade. I think i never would found the solution in these levels by myself

Garden 1 is incorrect because if you leave the grass to break “baba on grass is key” then you can’t actually get to the door as any key you try to push there has collision and the walls stop you from getting around. Not a difficult level to figure out anyways but yeah, quite a misleading solution there.
