Saints & Sensibility requires you to complete the Grand Finale after clearing all of your homies' missions. I have yet to receive confirmation that all you need are loyalty missions (super homies) to get the achievement. Simulation Takeover Achievements
Category Difficulty - Medium (due to length)

There are 5 achievements relating to taking over the simulated city of Steelport. These achievements cover Store Hacking, Activities, Targets, Gateways, and Collectibles.

Achievement
Description
Half Way Home
Complete all open world gameplay in two districts of the Simulated city of Steelport.
How It Should Be
Complete all open world gameplay in the entire Simulated city of Steelport.
The Whole Story
Find ALL Audio Logs.
Ooo A Piece of Candy!
Find 100 Data Clusters.
A Real Cluster...
Find 100% of all Data Clusters.

The collectibles in SR4 are not hard to find. Before you attempt to collect these, make sure to complete the side quest that unlocks the Collectible Finder upgrade.

Clusters are scattered out in the open in easily visible areas. You will need at least 3 super powers to get every single one (Ice Blast, Stomp, TK).

Zin Statues are found atop buildings or in the middle of parks. There are also statueis inside Planet Zin stores.

Text Adventure collectibles are hidden in weird areas but a good portion of them can be found on top of bridges.

Audio Logs can be found in groups of 3. They are usually clumped up in the same region of the map and are divided by 3 per character. Some audio logs do not appear until you've progressed through the missions.

Alien Kill Achievements
Category Difficulty - Medium (due to length)

There are 7 achievements requiring you to kill a number of aliens either with superpowers or certain special weapons.

Superpower Kill Achievements

These achievements can be grinded in the Hard Difficulty version of Super Fight Club. Below you can see a video of the exact location and method of grinding the kills.

In the second round of the activity, you will be faced with an endless amount of thugs that count as alien kills. You can grind the achievements on them. Just remember to leave enough time to finish the activity so that the kills are counted.

Achievement
Description
Chill Out
Freeze and Shatter Kill 100 Aliens with the Freeze Blast Super Power.
Pounding the Pavement
Kill 150 Aliens with the Stomp Super Power.
Here! Catch!
Kill 100 Aliens with the Telekinesis Super Power.
Bringin' the Heat
Kill 100 Aliens using the Fire Buff Super Power.
Fist Meet Ground
Kill 100 Aliens with the Death From Above Super Power.
I Am Become Death
Kill 1000 Aliens with any combination of Super Powers.

Weapon Kill Achievement

If you don't plan to grind this out during the main storyline, flashpoints or raising your notoriety works too. Spamming a fully upgraded Black Hole Launcher with the infinite ammo upgrade can easily boost you to 2-4 notoriety in a matter of seconds.

Keep in Mind that the Armored Ball enemies that appear at high notoriety count as Alien kills.

Achievement
Description
Experimental Tech
Kill 25 Aliens with each: Dubstep, InflatoRay, Bounce Gun, Disintegrator, Abduction, and Black Hole.
Miscellaneous Achievements (Part 1)

Achievement
Description
And I Ran...
Super Sprint for 250,000 meters.
Don't Look Down
Be airborne during Super Jumps for a combined 10 minutes of gameplay.

And I Ran... can easily be completed while replaying Speed Rift activities. The super sprint is automatically activated inside the minigame.

Don't look Down can easily be obtained while hunting for clusters and doing the Epic Jump Quest achievement.

Achievement
Description
Maximum Stopping Power
Upgrade one weapon to the max.
Better This Way
Customize the style of all the weapons on your radial.
Elementary
Choose a new element for all of your superpowers.

The 2 weapon achievements are very easy to get. One deals with the statistic upgrades of a weapon while the other deals with exterior style customization. Just remember that not all weapons can be customized style-wise. Make sure your entire (current) loadout can be customized in this way for the achievement to unlock.

In order to get Elementary, you simply need to switch the element of your Blast, Stomp, Telekenesis, and Buff superpowers. Just to clarify, 'new' means switching away from the default element.

Achievement
Description
First of Many
Buy your first Upgrade from the Upgrade Store.
Where's My Cape?
Purchase all Super Power upgrades.

These are both self-explanatory achievements. One deals with superpower upgrades while the other deals with the traditional Saints Row Upgrades (ammo, homies, etc).
Miscellaneous Achievements (Part 2)

When given the choice between the red or the blue door. Choose to surrender. It will give you the achievement and you die. Luckily, you restart at the checkpoint.

For Switch Hitter you can switch genders at Image as Designed (the plastic surgery building). You can also upload a character for Saintified in the same building.

Back in the Day is self-explanatory but for some anecdotal reference, I unlocked mine by spending time with Kinzie.

To get Fourth and Forty you have to spend 40 hours inside the virtual Steelport.

Wardens appear throughout the story OR you can summon one by reaching maximum notoriety. You can reach the maximum amount easily by spamming a black hole launcher.

Achievement
Description
You Chose... Poorly
Surrender when given the chance.
Switch Hitter
Play for at least 2 hours as a male character AND 2 hours as a female character.
Saintified
Create and share a character online.
Back in the Day
Spend 2 hours outside of missions with past Saints Row characters as your homies.
Fourth and Forty
Spend over 40 hours in the simulation.
Zoo Keeper
Kill 25 Wardens.
Epic Jump Quest
My other guide detailing Epic Jump Quest can be found in the link below.

http://test-steamproxy.haloskins.io/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=171681622

Achievement
Description
Epic Jump Quest
Jump from the roof of 3 Count to the Nuke Plant, without touching the ground or other rooftops.
Co-op Achievements

In order to get Super Power Team Up! you need to complete all the main story missions AND all the loyalty missions. According to this link, there are 21 story missions and 7 loyalty missions. You may be wondering why that only amounts to 28. That's because some story missions count as multiple missions. One example is Punch the Shark which credits the player 3 missions upon completion.

NOTE: With the addition of the newest DLC, you can now complete new content and have it count towards the co-op missions completed. This means that the 37 missions needed for the achievement can now be in any combination of main missions, loyalty missions, and/or dlc missions.

Achievement
Description
Double Team
Play Saints Row IV Co-op for 5 hours.
The Twin Saints
Complete ten Quests together in Co-op.
Super Power Team Up!
Beat all Missions in Co-op.
The Challenge King

For the purposes of keeping this guide short, I will be linking to Autositz' 100% guide. It will be covering all challenges in the near future and I am sure he will do a great job on it just like he did on the activities and store hacking guides.

@The Bachelor

You don't have to be playing in Co-op. I saved my character in the clothing shop in a solo playthrough and got the achievement.

Is anybody needing help doing the co op achievements? I do and if someone else needs them I’m available
The Bachelor 30 Oct, 2024 @ 10:10pm
Saintified can still be obtained legitly in 2024. All you have to do is upload your character in a clothing shop while playing on online Co-op. My friend got this achievement by accident doing this, and we got the achievement.

For the guys needing help for unlocking achievements with this "re-elected" edition.
Just go for the game "betas" (settings > properties) and on the selection just put the "legacy", it will download the legacy version of the game.
Just play and unlock the achievements.
