How to get stuck?

1) Transform whilst you jump in the air

2) Enjoy!

3) No known fix so enjoy being stuck there for the rest of the game :)

Edit: (If the children kill you most of the time it will fix it, however when I changed into an object it did not [Thanks Necromancer Lyucifer])

You can also get stuck when you transform in the locker
